THis company supplies a free bottle, you pay shipping. If you do not call to cancel by the end of the 14th day, they charge you 83.17 on the 15th day. THe phone number listed on the pending charge on my account is 866-633-6706. The phone number is no longer in service. I hunted them down on the web. The correct number is 1-866-949-0138. Agent "Chris" was more than happy to sell me new phone and wireless service. I was ASSURED that everything would be in order before I left the store. Service was transferred from Sprint. Two printer cartridges that I purchased at Cartridge World went bad immediately upon putting them into my HP Lazar printer. The black one left a line on the page and the blue one was leaving blue splotches on everything. I took the cartridges back with the original receipt. I received an unsolicited call indicating they had a buyer for my two timeshares (not listed for sale). All I needed to do was send them $3, 100 to open an escrow account. The NBS Group, Inc. located in Bohemia, NY contacted my company located in Fortson, GA requesting service in a city over 50 miles away. The appliance service was provided in less than 24 hours according to terms discussed on the telephone. Subsequently, a multi-page packet of information was e-mailed to my company requesting much more support documentation than had been agreed upon. After multiple attempts to civilly rectify the situation, they again promised to make immediate payment. I was recently in a car accident and have AAA for car insurance. My car is going to be in the shop for a while so AAA suggested I get a rental and I was told that unless I got a rental car with upgrades I would not have to pay for it so I agreed to get a rental. AAA then set up a rental for me with Hertz. FIA Card Services offered a settlement payment of $570 which would amount to three monthly payments of $190 on the 28th of each month. An check for $190 was processed on June 28, 2007, but another check for $190 was also processed on June 29, 2007. I loaded $50 on a greendot prepaid card via phone. This was the second time I did it and they gave me a different card number. I thought it might have been because I hadn't used the card in a while and that was why I got a new number. A few days later when I tried to use the card it was declined. This company is a fraud. They were holding several thousand dollars of ours unjustly. They said they were conducting an audit. I recently went to a local Wal-Mart to have my oil changed. They are suppose to check and top off the other fluids as part of the service. I purposely go with an empty windshield washer reservoir. We called to inquire about yellow page advertizing, asked what the cost, etc. The Rep said they needed to set ap an account for us and said they needed my husbands mothers maiden name. I had bought 32"Phillips matchline 3yrs ago. We bought the product because of the company's good after sales services. But in last 2yrs the television set has already caused too many hassles. The service engineers took the t.v set to their workshop but have not returned it for the past 2 months. They also suggested replacement of the t.v sets' crucial parts whose cost they said comes upto Rs6000 excluding service charges. The television has not been repaired since. I have a fairly new home which was purchased prebuilt. From the onset there were problems with all of the homes on my street. Rain was literally coming into my neighbors homes.
