A group called Computer Service Center is passing themselves off as tech support for Linksys. If you call 800 number directory assistance, they will give you their number as tech support for Linksys...well, they're not. They charge a crazy fee, $3.50 per hour, and then charge you $105 before you talk to one of the so-called techs...who aren't much help. Don't be fooled. They are thieves. I have been to the Nissan dealerships here in CT over 9 times for various problems. It is my only vehicle, and is a lease. The transfer case has been changed 2-3 times BRAND NEW! I personally called to cancel this automated re-order scam after second parcel was shipped. It was within the time frame to receive a refund on the second parcel. I was given a company return number, promptly shipped back the item with # on outside of package as I was instructed with return address. I also called my credit card company to cancel the charge.
