I recently had 19.63 taken from my account and have no idea how they got my account info. Three times this happen and my bank treated me like i forgot i ordered something. I filled a form out to get my money back and i was informed that due to federal reserve threshold of 25.00 or more they are unable to get my money back but can stop any more from going through. I Closed my RCS account about a year ago, and then I desided to reopen it again, to buy some things for my house. I been tried to remodify my loan with Country Wide/BOA for more than a year now and every time I called in they would tell me to call back in 2 to 3 months and all they would said was at the time " you're current and we cant help you". Buyer Beware! NewAgeSMB will take your money and not provide the product that was originally agreed upon. They will turn around and bill you for items that were never approved. Gave me a price for worst case senierio of $1000, then after the shop recieved my vehicle, they asked for a $891 deposite before work got started. After I payed deposite, they told me $1200 more deposite to fix vehicle, plus I will have to pay the shop $875 for fixing it. When I refused the repaired, tranone refused my deposite back and left me having to pay the shop $875 for a diagnosis, removal, and breakdown before I can recieve my vehicle. Terrible company!!! I order a brake part and was told it would ship immediately and arrive in two days. It was not shipped for two days and then they send a fuel pump. I thought it was being ordered from the states. We are forced to buy enough of thier junk without ordering it directly from thier country via internet. We went into the store and ordered 10 chairs. First they never came anywhere near the date that was told to us they would arrive. When we finally got them the chairs looked like "seconds".
