I went to call the Dubai London Clinic yesterday (04.11.09) to seek assistance from a ENT specialist. I called Cox about a cable problem which was introduced when Cox technician installed a high definition cable box. Cox came and replaced another cable box and I was told by their customer services that it was no charge for the repair. But I soon found out when Cox send me a bill that shows $49.95 for the repair. We rented two cars from Advantage for our company staff. On return, we arrived late for our flight and in a hurry, left a large sized GPS device (Magellan RoadMate 1700) in the car. This company does not stand by their full customer satisfction guarantee at all so beware before you order. They will allow you to return a photo album that is very poorly made with really bad quality pictures but you still have to pay $10 to $15 to ship the album back to them. Two African American women walking door-to-door in Redding, CT supposedly selling magazine subscriptions in order to gain points for a large prize. They claim to be poor with children, pictures shown, and asking to come in and rest since their hot and tired. The magazine subscriptions are twice or three times the actual price. I have purchased a 1.5 ton Split AC from a franchise named Vasanth & Co at my native Pudukkottai(Tamil Nadu). It was purchased around these time last year. While Olshan was working in our house a large sum of money was stolen. The police got good fingerprints, and the prime suspect (an Olshan employee) skipped town. I suggest no one ever use this bank. They hold checks from 4-10 business days; if you have any charges go through before they decide to "clear" the deposit, they pay the charges but charge you $32 return fee. The charges would hit my account after the money was available, but would move the debit card charges up to a week previous... needless to say, after 5 years of this, we switched banks. Cuddeback offers a one year warranty on their cameras. I sent one back within that year with dated proof of purchase. They replied that the camera was past warranty and they would have to charge me $125 to fix it. Apparently their warranty period is adjustable when it suits their needs.
