Last year I placed an order with 24/7 Hockey for just over $700 of hockey equipment from their webpage. They filled the order and sent it out in to packages. Ordered what I thought was a free trial offer...only pay for shipping. Realized company was not reputable. Cancelled withing 15 min. of purchase. Received cancellation number & was told I would not be charged for product. Visa was charged for trial plus $87.oo for product. I have contacted Visa & had charges removed multiple times but they say they can't cancel charges from company. We will now have to cancel Visas & have new ones sent. My complaint is against aol.com for causing me to be billed $1408.90 to Verizons Communications for using a number given to me by aol. This company is the worst. IF you must get a payday loan stay away from Ace. I filled out a online application. The next thing I know they just deposit money in my account. I called and told the rep I had not authorized this to happen she said that some people auto qualify and that it happens. I request loan information on my account it took them almost a month to send. The summer of 2009 I had a windshield replaced on my vehicle by Omega auto glass. The representative I worked with was great too bad the work that was done on my windshield has completely horrible. They installed a windshield that had a chip on the top corner when I mentioned to the installer they just added a chemical to make sure it wouldn't run. The installer was very rude and left. When I arrived the pickup location, Avis representative over the counter offered me an upgrade from a compact to a median size car for a “couple of more bucks” (quoted his word). In the past, I have done business with other banks, but I have never experienced anything like what this bank is doing. I know that if you overdraw your account, there is a $35. fee. This bank charges the fee every five days until you make a deposit. I've spoken to these cold hearted cut throats and have gotten nowhere with them. We bought several pieces of furniture from Rochester in Centurion. Some of the items had to be replaced three times before they were of (almost) reasonable quality. Although I value Johan at the Centurion branch's cooperation, he does not see the furniture before it gets delivered, so he cannot vouch for its quality. Still now, we are sitting with a set of dining room chairs that differ as much as 3 cm in height from one chair to the other and doors on the buffet that look like the carpenter never heard the term 'square'.
