I ordered two items from this site on the same day. One of the items ordered was not what I wanted (my mistake) so I called customer service to cancel that order. I was told that the order had been canceled and that I would be credited the amount of the order. My dryer has a faulty weld on the seam of the drum and is coming apart. The dryer is only 1 1/2 years old. I ordered a replica Louis Vuitton purse from them and they sent me the wrong one. I have tried repeatedly to get them to correct the problem and they will do nothing. Even after sending them a picture of the purse I received along with the purse that I ordered, they still claim that they sent me the correct one. We recently purchased a tempurpedic mattress from Sleepys. The salesman told us we would not find a better price on our bed. The sign in the store stated "Will beat any competitors price by 20% or its free". I found the same bed for $400 less and now thier claim is that the company selling the bed is not an "authorized dealer" so therefore they do not have to honor the price guarentee. After facing foreclosure, I contacted the bank and applied for the President's Home Modification Program. They put the foreclosure on hold while they were working on the program. I called them frequently for updates and was always told they were still working on it and everything was still on hold, not to worry. City power cut my electricity without any notice. Post office delayed my account and although this is not an excuse, not all of us have time chasing up on accounts. Bought two rooms of hardwood flooring from a salesman who assured me I was getting a top-notch product at a great sale price. Later found out from a manager at another Rite-Rug store that the product received was considered seconds and that since I paid a sale price I should not expect better. Webcams told me that in order to get my paycheck I had to open an account with Epassporte.com I uploaded my drivers license and social security card and requested documents in order to open my account. We bought a living room set and dining room set from RTG. They put a protective spray on the furniture that we did not order. The salesman lied and said we insisted on having it. The store mgr. was very rude and demeaning...very unprofessional and simply did not care. Customer service wouldn't do a thing and said they have a no return policy. This is a company of ambulance chasers. I had a small fire at my home and a Southpro salesman arrived at the same time as the fire truck. I was distraught and they said they were with my insurance company. Their salesman said I had to move out of my house and they would make my home like new. CRST is certainly not the company they advertise to be . I went to work for CRST only because i had a speeding ticket annd they gave me a chance, which i did appreciate.
