I have purchased a 1.5 ton Split AC from a franchise named Vasanth & Co at my native Pudukkottai(Tamil Nadu). It was purchased around these time last year. While Olshan was working in our house a large sum of money was stolen. The police got good fingerprints, and the prime suspect (an Olshan employee) skipped town. Olshan customer service refused to return calls and was extremely unpleasant once contacted. They will not discuss making restitution. Do NOT allow an Olshan employee into your house! I suggest no one ever use this bank. They hold checks from 4-10 business days; if you have any charges go through before they decide to "clear" the deposit, they pay the charges but charge you $32 return fee. The charges would hit my account after the money was available, but would move the debit card charges up to a week previous... needless to say, after 5 years of this, we switched banks. Cuddeback offers a one year warranty on their cameras. I sent one back within that year with dated proof of purchase. They replied that the camera was past warranty and they would have to charge me $125 to fix it. Apparently their warranty period is adjustable when it suits their needs. The NBS Group, Inc. located in Bohemia, NY contacted my company located in Fortson, GA requesting service in a city over 50 miles away. The appliance service was provided in less than 24 hours according to terms discussed on the telephone. Subsequently, a multi-page packet of information was e-mailed to my company requesting much more support documentation than had been agreed upon. After multiple attempts to civilly rectify the situation, they again promised to make immediate payment. I was recently in a car accident and have AAA for car insurance. My car is going to be in the shop for a while so AAA suggested I get a rental and I was told that unless I got a rental car with upgrades I would not have to pay for it so I agreed to get a rental.
