I purchased 3 new tires from Mavis in NY before driving back to my home in Montana. Within 24 hours the front left tire was low. I suspected they did not mount it correctly. Since I was traveling across the US, I stopped once or twice a day and put air in it. I have recieved multiple phone calls from this guy with a very thick Indian(I think) accent stating I owe money on a payday loan. He stated that I need to pay with a credit card immediately or a police officer will come arrest me. When I told him I didn't have a credit card, he said that I will be arrested. When we first started talking to first universal lending. they were very convincing that they could get our mortgage loan reworked and could lower our payment 30% to 60%. I asked Gary about their success rate and he stated 100%. After we got signed up and a payment of 399.00 got made they would get started. On 12/14/09 we recieved a letter from NCE stating that the State of NY had issues orders that American Medical Life Insurance Co., the insurance company that underwites the health plan, will discontinue offering it's insurance to members that reside in the State of New York, effective 1/1/2010. Beware they sell water damaged/flood cars from auction before checking them out. They sold me a 2 year old low mileage Tundra that has apparently been in water at some point possibly up to the door handles. The smell was unbearable and they have tried everything to get rid of it shy of buying it back. It smelled like someone had actually died in the truck after the hot Texas sun hit it for a few days. I received the trial products and have not been able to test them yet. I have since found that my bank account has been debited for a membership fee which I did not authorise. Tonight was the second time this week that I had to contact the customer service department of the Long Island cable company, Cablevision. I just like the others thought I would be getting this card to repair my already damaged credit. To my surprise as well I thought I was receiving a $300 credit limit as well. When in fact I actually had $53 dollars available on the card once in my possession. You know my credit was already in jeporady they just help it over the edge with those fee's they incurred $300 + $53 +$35 + $30= $418 now owed to this company. My wife made the mistake of taking her car to Pep Boys at 215 E. Katella in Orange, California to have her brakes checked. She received no call from them regarding the repair costs so when she went to get the car at the end of the day it had new brakes front and rear and two new Futura GLS 185-65R14 tires. Boost moble is a real bad phone company to do any business with. I purchased a phone and the SIM card was bad when I called customer service they told me that they would FED ex me a new card but I have yet to get it. They also told me that I would get a $25 credit to my account WRONG I then called them back to ask about the SIM card and they said they kne nothing about it. This company is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. The day they were suppose to pick up our belongings they showed up 6 hours late.
