I went to Zales in Glenwood Springs, co for a Diamond cleaning I asked the girl to please check prongs before cleaning. She came back out with my Diamond in her hand. Well, she says you had 2 loose prongs and the diamond fell out during the brushing. This company clearly states on their site that they accept paypal as payment to purchase online game gold/credits etc. However once you make the payment they do not deliver, and when you attempt to resolve the issue they tell you to make the payment again with westernunion and only AFTER you pay a second time the will refund the paypal transaction which they have yet done. I was called several times a day by Jim Casey who promises to sell and rent your timeshare with a month. You have to pay $500.00 and everything is included. He stated I would receive lots of calls and he had lots of buyers and renters. Well its 6 months and no calls. I keep calling and they say the same thing. Nobody has made an offer. Just one more person who has been duped by this company. We installed this service a week ago. It cost us over $500.00 for equipment, a pole and installation. Needless to say it was a big waste of money. The service stinks. Most of the time we can't even get on line. We have done speed tests, spoke to numerous customer service representatives, and wrote several letters. Don't get a Cricket phone! They will overbill you and treat you like a criminal when you call to readjust your bill. Then, they will charge you a $15.00 service charge for calling! Then they will send it to collections right away while you are still trying to readjust the bill and they will cut your phone off. I was informed by another employee that my previous collector was dismissed due to stealing money from his customers meters by taking more money than he should. I purchased a brand new aerator from Husqvarna and paid $2500 for it. I never used it but supposedly had gas in it when they tested to make sure it worked at the factory. The tank was empty when I received it. It would not start so I took it to a Husq dealership. They stated it had a bad carburetor and was not covered under warranty. It would cost me $165. I contacted Husqvarna and they stated it was not covered under their policy. Even though they were the ones that put the gas in it. Please do not buy from Ryland Homes. They are of poor quality and do not stand behind their product. For the amount of money I paid, I deserve better. The house floods everytime it rains. Paint is of low grade. Carpet is cheap. Drywall cracks. AC and pool pump have had to be replaced and repaired. Electrical breakers have gone bad already. Sprinkler system does not work. Floor is uneven causing replaced tile to crack again and again. I have not lived in my home 3yrs. yet but have had a host of problems not expected from a new home.
