The sales representative who sold us the packet was really good at convincing us to buy into the time share to the point that we signed the contract under duress. Ever since we have had the time share(4 yrs), we have only been able to use it once because there is no availibility, it is always booked. We received an SMS today advising we were being handed over for failure to make payment on our City of Johannesburg Account. When I called the call centre to query this, as our account is very much up to date, I was to discover that the bill was actually for a property we sold back in 2006 and the sms should have been sent to the new owner.
