Arcadian Lighting has been very nice and their price was the best. Their follow-up has been excellent. Unfortunately, fixture shipped direct from manufacturer and that's another story. I have purchased three vehicles from this company in five years. Not to mention the 5 + referrals I sent them. The DVD Nav System broke in my Accord and they will not fix it unless I pay $98 for them to investigate the problem. I know what the problem is, the dvd is not being read by the drive. I told them. These people mishandled my dental care and are now billing me for work that they told me was covered by my insurance. Their staff was unprofessional and incompetent and now they sent me to collections for $300 that I was told was covered under my insurance. They told me it was approved but didn't actually get it approved and billed me over six months later for it and in the process of my complaint they said they would take care of it (or at least investigate it) but instead ignored my calls and sent me to collections instead. I was signed by a company to market a flu vaccination clinic that was to go up at malls throughout the US my mall was Grapevine Mills in Gapevine TX. I was to be promoting it for 6 weeks. A "collect" call billed as a third party on my regular phone service amounting to $125.00. Never received such a call - explained to no avail to customer service rep. Asked her if it came in to answering machine or voice mail is it possible it could have gone through?Was told they have record of a 60 minute call and that charges were legal. I received a postcard that Travel Exclusive was going to be in my area and was contacting people who wanted to have an offer made oon their timeshare. I ordered a Color Frame/Clock/Radio Hidden Camera DVR from them for $519.00 on January 1, 2009. I received the package on Jan 12, 2009. The item was extremely used with numerous smudges that would not go off. There were minor scratches on it as well. It was missing a micro SD Card which was promised in the advertisement. It did not record anything except for showing time. Basically, I spent $519.00 for a digital clock. Please stay away from these people. They are a ripoff and a shame on the name of a business. I too am very displeased that the entence pencil eyeliner is one trick pony. It would been proper for L'Oreal to at least say on the package that this product cannot be sharpened. Once it is used up just throw it away and spend another $8.00 to $10.00 on this stuff. No worry, I will never buy it again. My daughter parked my car in a lot operated by Imperial Parking Canada. The machine that dispenses tickets was not working but she left the car parked and thought she might get a parking ticket but was prepared to pay it. When she returned to the car, there wsas no ticket on it so she assumed that she did not get one because their machine was broken. Alpineer.us sells fake Ugg boots. Do not purchase from this website. They are using the Alpineer name which is a store in Colorado and uses the website Alpineer.com (Alpineer.com is a legit site). I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter. When they showed up they were off in color and were too small. (I ordered a smaller size because actual Ugg boots run a size small). These were about too sizes too small. They also have glue all over them.
