We started using ADT burglar alarm service at October 2010. After a year we decided to move out from the premises and called ADT to cancel the service. They told us the contract was for 5 years. I was charged $79.98 after ordering a product that was only to be $4. I called the company to see about a refund but they did not even want to listen to my situation and just told me that it was not their problem. I went through the drive up window and ordered a 3 piece meal, white, using a coupon I received in the mail for $5.49. My order was filled with the receipt showing 3 pc meal white, $7.69, with $2.20 discount, which was correct. However, when I got home my take out meal was actually a thigh and two drumsticks, instead of breast and wings. I gave the chicken to my dog because I don't eat dark meat.
