I made a collect call from a pay phone at the airport, Newark, NJ. Legacy LD billed $25 through AT&T. Outrageous! Legacy said "we own the pay phones and can bill anything we want." FCC forwards complaints to the vendor in an effort to resolve the complaint. My letters to Legacy received no reply, but I received a 90% credit very soon after making my complaint to the FCC. AT&T functions as a third party vendor and will credit back late charges and provide 90 day period in order to resolve the issue with Legacy. read full review »

I purchased 2 Movado watches in September 2005. One of the watches has always had a problem with a haze forming on the crystal. It is a $1, 500 watch, but the haze makes it look cheap. I have to wipe the haze off of the crystal frequently so that I can see the face of the watch. I ordered a sample from this company, agreed to pay the minimal shipping amount. A few days after the sample arrived, I have now been charged for a second amount which I did not order. I was charged $89.31, which as I am in New Zealand on the current rate converts to $ 173.08 NZ dollars. I cannot get through to the company to cancel it and there website is alos unable to be dispalyed. I have actually cancelled my credit card in order to stop anything further going through. I went to pick up a truck at the rental site (storage unit) The owner or employee was 20 minutes late, thus causing me to be late with my movers.She was down right rude, I rented a 26' truck and it had a car hauler on the back. this lady made me take the trailer off of the truck before I could take it.this would not have been bad in any other case but folks I am physically handicapped.Both of my legs are in braces and you can plainly see that I was handicapped. Sorry for being late but I was only able get back the shop on sunday to exchange the scratched dvds.I got there and asked if I could look at the replacment copy from the Clearwater branch to see if those dvds were scratched like the ones I had and it turns out that those dvds also have the same circular scratches but are not as bad as the dvds that were in the boxed set I had bought.I took the replacement dvd set but I said that I would mention this when I replied to my complaint here. I recently had to do some renovations that got to a point where it was necessary to get a plumber in. Having found an advert in the Yellow Pages, that stated they were the quickest and cheapest, I contacted AAA Plumbing to come in and give us a quote. As we were under a tight time restraint, we accepted the quote for one portion of the work. They require a 50% deposit in order to purchase materials for the job. We paid them the 50%. Got a call from salesman, Scott, and ordered what I was told would be a Bosch cut off saw for metal studs. I was to get 50 cut-off wheels with it for the same price. Instead, what I got was a broken off brand piece of crap and a bill for $349.00 and another charge for the wheels at an additional $249.95. Received call attempting to validate an alleged startup on an account with my phone number, leaving number 800-760-5685 to call back. Since I had not started up an account, called number back. Immediately the company asks for your phone number, name, etc... Had my 4x4 truck in for a oil change and 21 point inspection on Nov 27, 2009. 3 weeks later I had a metal grinding noice and my 4x4 failed when I engaged it. I immediately went to my local GM dealer and it was discovered that my front differential was completely dry of oil. We discontinue with Weaver Gas and when they came to pick up their propane tank, they also disconnect our regulator which attach to our house as well as the regulator attach to our generator without giving us notice so we can make arrangement for the other company to attach another regulator to our house and generator.
