The advertisement only indicates that the charges for the product was $4.95 shipping charge. I ordered a log splitter from them on 1/19/06. I ordered their highest rated product for I wanted the most powerful splitter I could find that would work off standard 120 volts A/C power. I paid Tax Relief Associates, a BBB approved company with an "A" rating, $4800.00 to assist me in dealing with tax problems. I filled out all the paperwork, gave them a signed power of attorney, followed all of their directions and in return I got a company that never returned my calls once they had my money, and finally ran out on me and everyone else on their client list. I was switched to a Cobra plan through UnitedHealthcare in July 2008. My employor sends my payments in each month. But my policy has been canceled twice so far. We have faxed UnitedHealthcare copy of the canceled checks showing they have gotten paid but they still have not fixed my insurance. The 1-800 number is a joke, they just keep switching from one person to another and nobody knows what is going on. I have MS and I need my Insurance. This is a front for a very deceptive teeth whitening product. So far, they have used 6 different names of individuals who claim to be saving by using their trial products. You only pay for shipping to get started but then you are automatically enrolled for monthly shipments for both products, each costing around $90/month. So, you pay $180/month until you call to cancel. This is not a savings for teeth whitening. Same thing happened to me with USAA...We just moved to Montana...I was told that I would not be able to renew my policy because of a Bankruptcy three years ago...Makes not sense because I have changed the policy before and had no problems. I am very disappointed and plan on elevating this higher. Oh I was told that a supervisor was in a meeting and he would call me back in 15 min...it has been over 30!!! This place ruined a very special event. They came out to my home and gave me a quote for pool monthly service and to get the pool in that they called shape. I had several people look at the pool and give me quotes and decided to go with DFW VIP Pools and turned the others away. One company even had a lower quote for monthly service however could not clean the pool in the time frame I needed. My wife & I bought a Palomino TXL-FL pop-up camper here in Houston in 1999. The lift system now has a problem on one corner, so I took it to an RV repair place, they estimate $1, 200 - $1, 500 to repair it. I looked in our original owner's manual & it states that the warranty for the lift system is guaranteed for life. Purchased a new dodge magnum in 07 from Palmer Dodge in Indianapolis, it has been nothing but problems from day one. My extended warranty that I purchased from Palmer Dodge will not cover bad valve's at 63k that has been caused by orig defective valve keepers. The main tv with the dvr recorder has no picture every time I turn it on. The extra tv in the other room seems to work fine. It's getting to be a pain in the but every day. I just want to turn on tv and get a picture every time. I have to unplug it and turn it to channel 4 with my tv remote. Then I turn on the dvd player. Then I have to turn off my dvd player, and then I have to push Video 1 on my tv remote. Then I get a screen that says press menu to watch fios. That's an awful lot of work just to watch tv. I cancelled before the "free trial" period ended (that was in November 06) and guess what??, they still have not refunded my money. I purchased two 340 minute, $20 Walgreens Phone Cards because of a discount Walgreens was having on Phone Cards. The same problem occurred after using both cards. About one month into using them, I would suddenly have a really low balance, even though I KNOW I did not use up all my minutes.
