I was co-erced out of $ 2500 of money I did not have. I wanted to start up an online business and did not know the cost of doing so. They find out how much credit is available to you, then coincidentally, that is exactly how much the fee is. They verbally guarantee that you will make the money back within 3 months but it does not happen. They offer very little support, and I have read many complaints about this company. I hired the company to clean the air ducts on 2/9/09, they did a lousy job: they used a blower on the "air returns" which threw all the debris/lint/dust back on to the furnace. Before renting from a UDR property, take a look at what happened at a property in VA. Also watch the youtube videos of the county board meetings where the real truth came out about this company. Evercom blocks my phone although my phone has no block from my phone company! My phone co., otelco, has assured me that it's not because of them! I don't understand why my neighbour, who is also my brother-in-law, and has the exact same phone service as I do, can accept calls from the jail my wife's in, but I cannot!!! I purchased a Rolex submariner from Global Replicas. In seven days the paint came off of the bezel. I had purchased the two year warranty. Joe Beck assured me a replacement would be sent. Two months later, and a multitude of phone calls, no bezel. I have been hung up on every time a human answers the phone. Joe Beck indicated he was aware of this in other cases as well. There is no evidence of credibility with this retailer. iPayment Inc. is holding $2000 of my funds because after a great 3 year track record, they decided I was a security risk due to some ridiculous chargebacks from customers which already recieved their parts. They told me they will have to hold my funds for 6 months in case another chargeback comes through. Despite their promise, another bogus chargeback came through for $700, and iPayment debited my account any ways. My check was declined last night at Lowes based on information from Cetergy Check Services. I contacted Cetergy customer service to find out why my check was declined they gave me a run around and would only say that my check fit their "profile" and that bank's do not guarantee payment and the store does not have to accept my check. A car that is 6 years old with 92, 000 miles has a subframe that is completed rusted through. I was told that it is unsafe to drive, and that I should consider myself lucky that nothing happened while I was driving it because it could fall apart at any moment. It will be thousands to repairs. Chrysler claims that it is out of warranty, and there is nothing that can be done. I have filed a complaint with the NHTSC. This is unacceptable, and I urge other Pacifica owners to check because a number of people have posted the exact same problem! We ordered the FREE bottle of Acaix and did not see any terms of receiving more product, but within the week we received a full bottle and a charge of $88.55 to our account which we did not approve. We returned the unopened product and called the company and they said they would refund our account. We kept checking and they said it had been done and would be back in our account by May 15, 2009.
