Iron Mountain is now charging all customers an administrative fee of $25.12 per month for "maintenance and administrative" services. Why? What additional services are you giving to the customer that warrants this additional monthly charge. The system is entirely computerized and has been for the year and 1/2 that I have been using them. I purchased a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu on August 25, 2008 from Legacy Auto Sales. I was issued a 30 day temporay tag from the State of Ohio. In the State of Ohio, the state holds the original title until the vehicle is paid in full, however I live in Kentucky. My daugther bought one of the french manicure kits from target. The kit consists of a white nail polish and a pink nail polish. When she opened the box to take the polish out the bottles broke. Ordered a Go-Kart from powersprorts max In Calif. and we stay in NC. When we got it and started putting it together a lot of the parts were missing and we called them and they said they had to check inventory and would get back with us. We finally replaced some parts. I took my Jeep in for basic routine maintenance (oil change/alignment/rotate & balance). When they went to bring me my vehicle back, the guy called me outside and said it wouldn't go into park. I received a letter with a 84 dollar check for services unearned, a claim of I fired Dedre, when I was not only denied 2 previous times, but was cancelled out of the program. When our contract states that if a reasonable offer of Modification of our Loan is not reached, we would recieve a full refund of $2, 500 dollars. I noticed one comment from Sandra saying we need to join together to put them out of business, so I contacted Sandra and said 'Count me in'. We took our car (FIAT Stilo) to FIAT dealer in Heartfelf in Pretoria (South Africa) for 120000km service last year November.
