I am user of TataIndicom Prepaid Mobile No 9213910076. I have been trying to use the welcome tune service of the same. Though the call charges on 12800, as they say is 10p/sec for prepaid users, but its actually not so. While calling I realised that I am not receiving the voice properly I disconnected the call in 5 seconds, and Rs 6.00 got deducted from my balance. Tata Indicom Customer Service is just dumb. Had trouble with my computer, I could not get on the internet off and on issue, it finally go worse and I just could not get on. I took my computer to Best Buy and they simply shut off Trend and I was able to get onto the internet. I deleted Trend and kept Webroot. This company's" Free Trial Offer" is a hoax to get the consumer into an expensive ongoing membership agreement. They debited my daughter's bank account $131.40(plus bank fee's) for a product she never ordered. They disguise their deal in the smaller print. i have received SEVERAL phone calls from people stating that they are calling from MRSI. They tell me that there is a pending litigation against me and that i need to speak with them or have my attorney call them within 24 hours. I bought a girdle from Fajasmax.com thinking that I would get it in time before my baby was born. It has been a month and I have yet to recieve my product as well. I tried to contact them from the numbers they provided and a fax machine picks up and tells you that there is no one to serve you and you can't leave a message. Dell has be withholding the $120 rebate that was submitted about 4 months ago (8/20/2006). I had received confirmation of the rebate submission (rebate Tracking number: 201383884), and then time passed and no rebate ever came, so I started a search with their rebate processing center and days later they send me an email confirming the submission and a new rebate tracking number (207844749). EC Financial (mortgage broker) called me and convinced me to abandon a deal I was about to close on with another bank, to refinance through them with flagstar bank. We went through the prelimiary stuff, signing the RESPA docs, a $350 appraisal and all other info requests. We had the rate locked and we were 'good to to go' to use their words. I was accepted into the orientation program at US Xpress. I quit my job, that is how confident that I would be hired by US Xpress.
