Furniture 123 are still at their old tricks. I ordered a nest of tables on 14 June, for delivery in two weeks. Furniture 123 took the money from my account on the 16 June. I received a phone call from them telling me that they were waiting for new stock to come in and that the goods would be delived by the later part of July. I have tried to contact them several times by phone and email without success. I have now written to them giving them seven days to either deliver the goods or return my money otherwise I will be reporting them and their actions to Trading Standards. After calling the customer service I was told that by agreeing to something (she could not tell me what) that I had authorized the charge. Hello, We hired Gold Star to move our household goods including some packing. They significantly overcharged us. Of course, we were forced to pay, since they had everything we own in their possession. Because of the poor (arguably criminal) and suspicious behavior during the loading, we were careful to check for discrepancies in the packing inventory and weight. SAI is the worst company that I have EVER dealt with! Their Customer support (or lack there of) is paramount to fraudulent! If you ever need to contact them with an issue you can expect between a 35-75 minute phone call and you will NOT get anywhere with it. The previous owner had foundation of my house was repaired 3 and a half years ago by Allied. When I purchased the house, I received the transferable warranty. I had my British passport being sent to me in spain with the visa for me to go to thailand inside. I had this sent by data post, the best sevice they could provide and garenteed delivery in 2 days.
