After attending a promotional meeting for a 'Travel Club' we were given paperwork to apply for two "free" air tickets to an agency called Certs, Inc. My Nokia 5200 mobile under warranty period. just got it new one month ago . and got two times problem of ringer in the same . I was also taken in by xxxblackbook and had ALL of the same issues, many messages or "flirts" not one response..it is all a HUGE scam. I did however get my money reimbursed! I have provided the site address for EPOCH the billing agent who canceled my account and reversed the charges ($119) as I was "unsatisfied with the service". This company is fake and scams people who are seeking honest employment out of money. I was first contacted on January 9, 2010 by MSC - Marketing Survey Center. They were recruiting for secret/mystery shoppers. I had been seeking employment for some time and their contact seemed like another résumé inquiry. I purchased a Gateway Computer from Hsn in May of 2007. I first had a problem with this computer in 2009. They sent a technician in from Barrister Electronic their warranty people. The technician wiped out my entire computer. I had to send my computer to Louisianna to Barrister. Now my monitor is out an I called Dec. 16 to report the problem. I had to call Barrister and they gave me the run around. I found out that Barrister cannot repair my computer. Hsn protection plus is dragging their feet about replacing my computer. Purchased office furniture From Haverty"s (Durbin Collection) had to have the Credenza Top replaced 2 times, each time there was a problem with the finish. It was to the point that the 2nd piece delivered looked like they gave a seven year old a touch up pen to fix the scratches. Signed on for free update for 2009. I couldn't download the product. After working with "it" for two days, I called a technician to help me. He couldn't download it either. I then paid for the 2009 program figuring that if I paid, the download would be successful. It was not so then we called wherever it is you people are and still could not resolve the issue. Experian Credit Bureau has an automated phone system that seems impossible to use effectively--there is no way to reach a live operator to describe a problem related to incorrect information on a credit report. Repeated calls to the same number, with different code selections, still never lead to a live person. A wind storm caught my outdoor ceiling fan. got it spinning and tilted it into the arbor. All blades broke. I am trying to purchase new blades. The fan is new and they still are selling the same model at Home Depot. The Hampton Bay website gives me no options to order the blades or even communicate with them about my situation. I received the pills (which didn't work) and then a couple of weeks later I received a box of cellulite creams and more pills, and a $139.00 charge on my credit card! TWA Resale contacted me on Jan 30 soliciting business to help rent out my timeshare weeks. I don't use this account often. I found that the 5 day hold on checks and the teller service to be very slow. So, I only pay a couple of small bills with the account. When I stopped a monthly draw with the account, there was some money left. I wrote a check over a month ago, deposited enough money to cover the check and still had a balance. I'm helping a gentleman who happens to be in Iraq serving take care of an issue with a Sears credit card. Most of the charges on the card are interest and overage charges. Called Sears 5:00 am on 5/5/09 for service on our water heater because no hot water. Sears sent service technician out on 5/6/09. Technician left without repairing heater because did not have the parts, which will take 4 days to receive. So we, a family of 8 including 4 children will have to bath with cold water for 4 days. Numerous times she asked for my name or my phone number or my card number. We couldn't understand much of what she said. They are now getting a fraud charge against them. I bought a new Maytag gas range with dual ovens in 2004. It workedfine until this year. In June the broiler stopped working. I had purchased an extended warranty through Maytag Dependability Plus so I called for service. It took a day for the assigned service technician to call me.
