Hello - I have been a loyal customer of illinois telehpone corporation for 2 years now. I a have put up with a lot of thier bad behavior over time. For example the additional charges when i have to pay through their websight. If i pay via my bank they have the longest pay day lag vs. anyother provider. I purchased fabric protection on my new sofa from Lazyboy furniture. I had a burn on couch which was covered in Stainsafe warranty. I put in a claim with Stainsafe which was approved. I was sent a authorization letter telling me to wait 8- 12 weeks for a replacement part to be delivered to my home and at that time I must call with in 14 days to have a technician install new part. Ticket Luck charged me $450. more than the price of the tickets. Since it was a "trusted" site by McAfee I assumed that they could be trusted. I tried other sites and they were equally shameful. It wasn't until after I paid for these concert tickets that I realized that they should have been $150 max instead of $650. After hearing an ad suggesting that a person could get $1000 in free groceries as a part of market research I called. If you send $3.95 "shipping" they'll send you coupons... which can be used in certain stores. In the ad for Wolf Camera 9/6/08 the offer was "buy any digital camera over $100 and get a free printer". In this ad they had a Canon PowerShot A590 IS for $149.99. After either calling or visiting every Wolf store in my area I was told that they did not carry that camera and did not intend to get one in. This is pure bait & switch - I have to buy a more expensive camera to get the free printer within the 1 week offer. And they would not give me a rain-check for the camera or the printer. I sent them all the information that was on the blackberry phone I was wanting the unlock code for, and they charged $8.99 to my visa account. I ordered an Ideapad from Lenovo on 9/22/2008. At the time of order the product web site stated that the order would be shipped within 3 business days. Three days later the estimate shipping date was changed to 10/01/2008. The product website still stated that order would be shipped within 3 business day. One 10/01/2208 the estimate shipping date was changed to 10/28/2008. I called Lenovo and the Customer Service rep told me that the shipping date might be moved to 11/07/2008. We have been unable to get resolution with LHVC over an upcoming reservation. We made the reservation almost 2 years ago and were told in writing that we would be put in the new villas for our stay. Upon checking on our reservation in September I was told that there was no guarantee. Since that time I have tried to contact the Jackie Bramhill, Customer Service Manager, to no avail. She will not answer my calls or emails. When I contact the resort they will not tell me who is in charge and get me to that person. The runaround continues and the trip quickly approaches. Jason Shroot is not a great person to deal with. He has a nasty and smug attitude. He doesn't fix things. Avoid his properties... It's not worth the stress and headache he gives you. Last week I sent my delivery van to Carrier Transicold at City of Industry because the van’s refrigeration system stopped cooling. Two days later I picked up the van and found out the charges for this repairing was almost double as the previous one, which was the exact same repairing — inspecting, tightening, and refilling the refrigerant I had 13 months ago. This company somehow found old debts from over 10 yrs ago and my information. They have been calling me since late Feburary 2008 till now. They tell me if I don' settle this debt I will be sent a judgement against me. I have been paoid them around $600.00 or so, just $100.00 payments when I can. I have recently experience a horrible experience with NCO Financial System. They harassed me for close to a month regarding a payment that I made directly to my credit card. When I finally spoke to their representatitve (Ms. Jackson, Charles Murphy and then the Disrespectful Account Manager) they all indicated that I will receive a receipt from them indicating that they are no longer working on my account because it was paid off. Key Club Save, LLC billed my AT&T phone line through a third party billing provider named ESBI for voicemail services for which I never signed up. I made on line reservations for $90.00 per night based on photos and descriptions of the hotel. When I got there I was very disappointed. I bought this e cigarette at the mall at a kiosk in San Diego. The seller claimed each cartridge would be equal to about a pack of cigarettes. Each cartridge lasts MAYBE 3 cigarettes worth and the battery died on me after only 2 days and would no hold a charge. The flavors all taste the same and almost no vapor is produced. While sigining up for AAA Auto insurance, I was not told of any cancellation policy and penalties. Later due to an 30% increase in premium owing to my residential move within 8 miles, I canceled the policy. The refund of premium did not include a statement, but only a refund cheque.
