We had bad experience Renting the Room from Sharmila H / Steve N Hirst. Everything is actually controlled by Steve and he is the one who runs the show. He does not do a rent Agreement which means you are not protected and have to leave when he says (with very less notice period). he does not switch on Heater in winter. I received a $10.46 charge on my phone bill for a collect call from Arizona. The thing is, I do not have a actual phone hooked up to this phone line (because everyone in the family uses cellular phones and all we get are telemarketers, so we unhooked the phone). I just returned my car to GMAC SmartLease. The car is in impeccable condition. My husband and I have photos of the car just before we turned them. GMAC SmartLease is trying to assess $809.39 in charges for a damaged bumper. I have contacted Marcus at GMAC numerous times. I have explained to him about the photos. First, he hung up on me. Then, he said he could not verify who I was, despite giving my name, address, and account number. When he finally responded to me, he said he could not verify that the photos were recent. Watch out for this scam of a company. They leave "In Stock" on the website so you order it and then when you call to check because it hasn't arrive three weeks later they say two weeks. Then you call back again and they say two weeks. They tell you 25 were mis-tagged or mis counted and they apologize. Then they say depending on the import delays it may be longer.
