Secure Resolutions took my money back in February for a product that they promised I would have in 2 weeks. I AM STILL waiting. This has to be the worst software company on the planet. They won't give me my money back and keep making more promises that I'll have my anti-virus software "soon".
What a joke - they don't know what they're doing and they have a development team of 1 I think!

This Company is very much a scam. I paid for the $49.95 "Get Started Kit" only to have learned a good lesson a few days ago. There is no phone number to call for assistance. It doesn't just end at the $49.95 fee as one link goes into another, and another to another wanting more money to access companies in need of Data Entry Personnel. Family of 35 years wrecked by impact cult activities. Unreal the damages this institution causes although they say the opposite. My sister and her husband of 35 years are breaking up over this cult.

I signed up with moviedownloads.com on 10/11/08 and paid with a credit card. I did not get a receipt for the transaction, but I checked my e-mail and I was charged $44.83 through Paypal, right away. They took the money out of our account, and said that they 'lost' our shipment. I contacted the company 15 days after recieving and emailed and called stating i was cancelling my trial and did not want any charges to my card. I purchased a GE Dishwasher from Sears 9/15/04 had it replaced with a Kenmore 07/05 with the understanding that my extended warranty on my GE went to my Kenmore. I just got off the phone with customer service, my extended warranty did not go with my replacement dishwasher that is now leaking. I was told that they would credit back my service call, but would not cover the cost of the part or the labor.

I have been working with 5-7 different Symantec "customer service" people to help get NAV uninstalled and reinstalled. In the past I could do this myself - but not anymore. I finally go to two different Level 2 Engineers. Using "gotoassist" I gave them access to my computer. The first engineer was almost done with his "test" when my computer decided to reboot and I lost him. The one yesterday, Nanda, did a bunch of work and then logged off.

Bought an over the sink shelf and it came BROKEN, I did not ask them to replace it and they sent it anyways. Fed ex left it outside and I was not able to refuse delivery. Second item was a queen size feather comforter pad. They sent me a twin although I specifically put in the number that was indicated in the magazine for a queen. They would not pay to ship it back. Then I got a monroe comforter that was about the size of a full. No way would it fit my bed. I had to pay a total of a 100$ for nothing to clear this bill even though I complained. I purchased a flowers from ProFlowers. I recently noticed that EasySaver is charging 14.95 on my card for several months. I contacted ProFlower and they I had accepted a $15 coupon, which I never used (I don't know if I ever recieved it.) But the point is that ProFlower is sharing my credit card info with other company without my very specific instructions. somehow clicking on the coupon landed me $200 charges on the account. I received a letter from Southwest Credit saying I owe the Tollway Authority $187. I never got a bill in the mail from North Texas Tollway. When I called NTTA, the woman on the phone said they sent out 2 letter to inform me, however I never got any letter. They added on all these fees then sent the letter straight to collections. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY: My original alarm company sold to this company, the claimed I signed a contract with them and that I must continue the service even after the alarm system is inoperable. Do not have your payments taken out automatically from your account because it is hard to track down where to stop the payments. I never received a contract and is still waiting for them to send one. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General about their deceptive practices.

I own around 10 laptops for my business of various makes and have used various makes of laptops over the years such as Hp, fujitsu, Asus, compaq, dell and going back to the IBM thinkpads many years ago and i have not had many problems with any of them.
