I just found out that my "monthly" hosting deal with Fasthosts was actually an 18month contract!!! It was way down - really way down - in the small print (accessed by the terms and conditions link). How very deceptive! No mention at all was made up-front of a long term contract. Surely a vital piece of information for a purchaser!!! Very, very disappointing behaviour. Recently I purchased a white 32gb 3GS Iphone at this store and it was defective. They told me to call up Applecare to resolve the issue. I did and all Applecare could do is give me a refurbished phone. I do not think it's fair to purchase a new phone and use it for four hours and then end up receiving a refurbished phone. I hired Nationwide Movers to move my belongings from Boston to TX. Apparently Cross Country Van Lines (CCVL) was contracted to do the labor. CCVL showed up early and in a hurried mode where unwanted items were shipped and wanted items were not. I went in for a estimation and a cleaning and was scheduled an appointment for I came back on the appointment day and they took x-rays. Beware of SCAM. I was working with this company that posed as a "Non Profit Organization". They charged me up front, which I found out was illegal for loan modifications, and ended up not getting me a modification and not refunding me any money. They do not offer a refund policy at all. When GE sent me my card in the mail they had miss spelled my last name. When I called them they told me that I had to send in documentation such as my DL to correct what they sent me. I asked why do I have to send anything when its my account and all I want is for them to correct an simple error. I was spoken to very rudely and her name was Mrs. Ryan Ohara employee # 1706. There is a railroad crossing in Pompano Beach Florida on Atlantic Blvd just West of I-95. The crossing has become very rough and traffic must slow considerably to cross it. Worse, there are metal plates that are shifting and some are rising so that their sides are exposed. Just started a GMail account. They offer a wonderful service that supposedly copies your e-mails and contacts from another e-mail account into your new GMail account. What they don't tell you is that there is no way to stop it! It is importing all the mail from my other account and leaving no copies of it there.
