On Aug 27, 2006, I placed an order for a one year subscription to Runner Times, It is now Jan 13, 2007. I have tried calling the company several times to no avail. Every call is picked up by an answering machine where I am asked to state my name, phone number and order number, so someone from customer service can look into the problem and return my call. I received the attached email. This by no means sounds legit. Sounds like some sort of money laundering business via wire transfer. When have you heard that a US checking account is a job requirement, also it says that you must make strategic investments I am quite sure that you need a license to do so. This was, by far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I placed an order through Amazon on 12/15/08 for a gift (with expedited shipping, 2-6 days), which was processed through Caiman. On 12/18/08, I get an email that the package was shipped, but no tracking number is provided (Amazon always provides a tracking number, and most of its other merchants do too). Store seems unable to deliever what they sell in a prompt manner. Given several different shipping dates and when each passed then i am given a new one saying again that is has already shipped. Store hours seem unrelable as when ever i have called there during working hours no answer and/or the store hours are changed from the website or closed without proir notice. I ordered a tiny bottle of celebritysmile teeth whitener for a free trial. I paid $5.95 for shipping. It smelled and tasted horrible. I threw it in the garbage. I ordered Continental Master Card on line on December 8,2006 and received the card shortly thereafter. I received a notice of charges and payment due of $50.00 before I activated the card. I did not answer my cell so he left and voicemail stating that I had been approved for a loan in the amount of $5, 000. I returned his call and he provided me with information regarding the loan. The mortgage I was with Ocwen sold the loan to ASC, who claims to have just be servicing my loan for Select Servicing Servicing, Inc. the money I sent to ASC for my july mortgage has not been forwarded over to SPS and I keep getting late fees and negative reports on my credit. I paid the money but ASC is not sending it over to SPS. They will not talk to each other and now me the consumer is looking like I am late on my payments when I have made all of my payments on time. On December 4, 2008, I answered an e-mail request from Google to try their Moneytree Kit. I gave my credit card information for the postage charge which came to Can$5.04. I never received the "Kit", a CD with no paperwork or instructions, until January 6, 2009. My credit card statement shows a charge for Can$92.44 on my January statement. The charge is for the Google Moneytree Kit. I never gave Google permission to charge my credit card for that amount. I ordered a FREE sample of this product- Intra Cleanse which stated you had to pay shipping and handling and you would recieve a FREE sample of this cleansing roduct. Once recieved, it states on the infomation insert that if you do not return the unused portion within two weeks your account will be charged $88.73!! I placed an order on ll/10/o8 and immediately cancelled the order. The order was shipped anyway. I returned the order and asked that my credit card be credited. I've purchased a single tire from America's Tire due to a tire blow out. The brand of this tire is Mohave, which had a 35k mile warranty. At 12k miles, the side wall of the tire had a concave indentation. As a result, I drove over to the place where I've purchased the tire for a replacement. This is a company to stay away from. They offer you a free trial for shipping and handling. When you get the product, within 15 days they charge your account over $50.00. You have only 15 days to return the product. Then they send you refills that you do not ask for. It is very hard to stop the money they suck out of your account.
