Like so many others on this board, I was also scammed by BSD. I ordered a Sony CCDTRV-67 camcorder, along with a case, 4 hour battery, and a UV filter. When it arrived, they had shipped me a cheap Energizer battery for the camera at a cost of $79. It would fit in the camera, but since it was not a "Sony Infolithium" battery, the camera rejected it. She has been rude and harrassing me that I am not taking care of my family since I will not deal with her and when I tell her my husband is out of town and I cannot make do anything without him since it is in his name she goes off on me again. Attached is a letter sent to BMW Canada in August. Since that letter I have had the vehicle back for major repairs twice. BMW Canada has continued to stone wall my requests for a replacement vehicle.
