I would not recommend renting any properties owned by the Kollmans. The townhouses are extremely dated. The landlords have an automatic renewal clause, they offer no notice even though I spoke on the phone several times inquiring of renewing for 6 months or month to month. Our money was worth of attempts to contact these people, so that they could help us to fix the car. They sold us a used car, we told them to check the brakes as we live in MA, they never did, we tried to talk to the manager- no luck, our attempts to contact to owner were not lucky as well, we left him so many messages, but he never called us back. These guys sold me a damaged motor on eBay, claiming it was in good shape. Turns out it needed over $600 in repairs. The company refuses to reimburse me for repairs. The contact Allan thinks it ok to misrepresent damaged goods and then refuse to be responsible for it. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. during April of 09 I bought 4 tires at the store in the Festival of Bel Air. The price was right and the service quick. 14 months later and only 4, 000 miles driven on these tires I wanted to change my front brakes by myself. Something I had done many times. I couldn't get the lug nuts off. I had all types of professional tools and even had a 2 foot pipe on the breaker bar. They are suppose to be torqued to 100 foot pounds and these are way beyond that. Item apparently hasn't been shipped and I certainly haven't received it. They refuse to respond to numerous phone messages left and email sent. I have initiated a charge back through my credit card. I have attempted to cancel the order and get the credit back through them but to no avail. After this incident I checked the BBB and they have 73 complaints listed and an 'F' rating.
