They sold us a used car, we told them to check the brakes as we live in MA, they never did, we tried to talk to the manager- no luck, our attempts to contact to owner were not lucky as well, we left him so many messages, but he never called us back. during April of 09 I bought 4 tires at the store in the Festival of Bel Air. The price was right and the service quick. 14 months later and only 4, 000 miles driven on these tires I wanted to change my front brakes by myself. Something I had done many times. I couldn't get the lug nuts off. I had all types of professional tools and even had a 2 foot pipe on the breaker bar. They are suppose to be torqued to 100 foot pounds and these are way beyond that. Purchased a cargo mat for Chrysler mini-van on 05/07/2010. Today is 06/09/2010 and I have not received anything from these people other than the initial 'your payment has been approved' message. Item apparently hasn't been shipped and I certainly haven't received it. They refuse to respond to numerous phone messages left and email sent. I have initiated a charge back through my credit card. I was charged $400.00 for a $30 hose collant hose--about $300 for labour. I did not authorize these excessive amounts.
