They performed the classic bait and switch with the cost, quality and service. Originally was supose to cost $1495 for complete rebuild. Final cost $2500, plus another $400 in costs after the improper work was done. My engine had 255, 000 miles and ran perfect. Have a scam going where they tow your car from a vacant private lot that's not marked where you naturally gravitate to park, but on the other side, then tow you and demand $210 cash to get your car back. If you have insurance from Allied beware. They are one of the highest priced companies out there. If you have them now shop around as soon as you can. I was shocked at how they were overcharging me. If you are looking for insurance forget about Allied! When I called the agent to tell him that I found better coverage for less he did not sound a bit surprised. Buyer beware! I have a 2010 Santa Fe Limited. When placing the car in park, all doors are programmed to unlock. The problem is that the rear doors (mostly the right rear passenger door) will not open. The child safety lock is NOT engaged. This occurs at least three out of five times the car is driven. Even after pressing the power lock button, the door will not open. I scheduled a showing for a 2006 Nissan Murano with these guys. I show up and they say the car "isn't ready" because its being "inspected." I ask them "why" and they said they do it on every car. I have had many problems out of this towing company and I do not even live where they are. I can only imagine what they are doing to others. They strong arm and intimidate to get people to fold. They sell Lemon Cars here. Purchased car in November of 2010. My transmission went bad and the car was still within the 30 warranty period by law. This dealer refused to repair my transmission even tho I was still within the warranty. They refused to take the car back and refund my money. These are shady people. Do not trust them. Service manager said bring car in at 10 AM to test ride. At 12:30 PM he was still not there. I left the car. Told mechanic I wanted a alignment printout, and the steering wheel centered. I ordered an engine through Engine & Transmission World back in October for my 2001 Cadillac DeVille. The engine they advertised online came with a Carfax report and only had 37k miles on it. When the shop received the engine they said it looked very clean. After installing the engine my wife drove the car for a day or two and it began to overheat.
