My 1 year old Breville toaster died! It responds as if it is not receiving any electrical charge at all. Dead. After very light useage, maybe 1 toast per week. This was a very expensive product, and therefore, very disappointing that it is of such poor quality. I've owned $10.00 toasters that lasted ten years! This is inexcusable. read full review »

I bought in August 2008. Screen freezes after turning on the PC. You need to re-start the computer mulitple times. Hard drive was bad within 6 months of use. In addition, technical support is in Asia and they have a REALLY hard time communicating. They sent me a bad hard drive (which required me to spend an additional $230 at Geek Squad to diagnose and replace the hard drive). If your PC and the data is important to you (e.g. business use, photos, videos) DO NOT BUY this product. It has been a very expensive, stressful and frustrating experience. I bought a 5 year protection plan for my satellite radio. The radio malfunctioned just after the manufacturer's one year warranty expired. I have contacted Repairmaster numerous times over the past 7 weeks. The 8 representatives I've spoken to so far all say the same thing. I called geek squad to fix my tv they told me it would cost me 150.00 for a diagnostic test. When there agent calls I give the information on the tv. (I turn the tv on it does not come on but a red light start flashing.) He proceds to tell me that the flashing light is code that tells what wrong with the tv. Dell tech support does the same test over and over after being told these test already have been completed to fix the same problem, having replaced three video cards, mother board, and hard drive due to the same problem and spending over 20 hours on the telephone to india finally had to demand a supervisor for 15 minutes to get to one who would listen. all the rest just wanted to run the same test and then say i did not buy the unit as one basically calling me a liar. finally they agreed to send a refurbished tower to replace the one i have only had less than a year. We have had the Cameo Digital Photo Frame for about a month now. At first all the features worked perfect. But now we can only send pictures via the MMS service from cellphones. The feature allowing people to send pictures to us from an their email account is not being received by the Cameo Frame any longer. I've been waiting for a response promised from T-mobile but none has come yet. This is day 4 with no response from their customer support email. There is no support online that I could find.
