I had bought a 2 slot DVD player and surround sound receiver from a Radio Shack store in TX before i moved to TN in 2005. In July of 2006 the tray that rotates between the 3 disc slots broke and would not move or open any DVD slots. I purchased an Ionic Breeze over the Christmas Holiday. The weeks and months of use of the ionic breeze took a toll on me both physically and mentally. I was constantly coming home and cleaning and disinfecting the Ionic Breeze. In the wee hours of the morning on May 27, 2008 my Ionic Breeze became inactive and started a small electrical fire in my upstairs bathroom, leaving reminants of char on my bathroom wall. Convection & regular oven work the same. It doesn't matter what I'm cooking or what temperate & you pay extra for that! The porcelain is so thin it has chipped off at each point the grate touches or rubs. The pullout draw has 2 gauges in the porcelain from screws in the oven door above it. I bought an Acer C530 PDA in January. The unit never worked as it kept losing power. I returned under warranty and all Acer did was replace the battery, which did not solve the problem. T-mobile is claiming my sidekick_id has water damage to avoid replacing it - especially now that they no longer sell it or have the model available, unless a useless one has been returned. Had Norton on computer got the Norton 360 upgrade. After installation it said computer was at risk, when I went to run a scan it would not run. Got online with Symantec and let their tech into our computer to check the problem. AFTER about 3 hours they asked if they could uninstall the program and then install it again. I said yes. In about July or August last year I received a call from Flexicell to ask if I was interested in an 'upgrade'. This would've meant them sending me a new sim card, and changing my cell no. The "Unlimited" claim by Verizon is not completely true. Because I travel every week I got an Air Card from Verizon. Well the Targus model AWE01 laptop cooling station is faulty after the warranty period of 1 year. This item has ruined two expensive Macintosh A1048 keyboards. These keyboard have worked fine before connecting them up to the UBS hub on the Targus item. They have been multiply used on several computers and work well. After 25 years of supporting HP products, we're throwing in the towel. One of many examples of their downhill slide is their HP 2840 all-in-one printer. This person bought a digital download item. When you sell a digital item on ebay, it has to be completely set up and working when you set it up. The download link has to be given ahead of time with Paypal. It shows to the buyer immediately after they paid. This buyer didn't pay attention and missed the link.
