I ordered a building from Super Steel Buildings in March 2010, and was charged for changes and Engineering in the amount of $7, 401.49. When I had not heard from them by mid June I attempted to contact them only to find their telephones shut down. Since therer is no way to contact them It looks like fraud to me. I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General, but from the comments from his office it doesn't look good that I will get any satisfaction. On July 18th, 2010 we discovered that the sump pump in our basement failed and the basement had flooded. We called Drain Rescue and they sent out a representative to review the situation. He advised he could replace the pump for $700. I had priced sump pumps earlier that morning and questioned the price since I had found several 1/3 HP (similar pumps) costing between $130 and $250. My alarm system starting having false alarms on a regular basis. It would randomly go off in the middle of the night. I contacted Apex for service. A technical support person walked me through several tests on the keypad. He said everything was testing okay. On 12/23/09, two Verizon Fios technicians installed Fios on tv, computer, and phone. Upon completion of wiring for my family room, HD tv would no longer power on. Technician told me to call manufacturer and purchase extended warranty, because tv was only 3 years old. Further instructed me to file claim against warranty 24 hours after it took effect. I bought this product from Walmart expecting to be able to heat my pool slightly with it. My husband hooked everything as specifically orderedin manual. We had to purchase different hoses and other parts to get this hooked up. My pump was also to small to push enough water through, so we purchased a larger pump. Through the whole process the dome portion was leaking where there was no way to stop it. I moved from my home at 4247 W Melrose, Chicago in 1998. I still owned the 2 flat. I rented it out. Unknown to me one of the tenants did not get gas in there name and Peoples Gas opened in my name. Purchased on 2/14/10; delivered 2/17/10. Ovens ran 125F under what the console stated; had a gas leak in the front left burner and other leaks with in 35 days of delivery. Have a Master Protection agreement. The range has had no less than nine service calls and still does not work.
