This Duct Cleaning Company advertises a low $39.99 then tries to convice you to paymore when they arrive. They multiply the number of returns at your home by the low attractive offer. On top of that they hook up their loud equipment after little "preping". The equipment is actually not sucking out anything, but making a lot of vaccum noise. I caught this deception by being very curious and observant. It seems many of the duct Cleaning Companies are doing the same smoke and mirrors Scam. I purchased this cookware at Linens n things 2 years ago, I have had to replace 2 of the pots. The large chafing pan can't even be used since everything either sticks or burns no matter how careful you are while cooking. The bottoms of the pans used most often are rusting and oxidized. June 22, 2010: I bought a house in 2008 and just found out that the A/C unit is completely out of freon. I have a 5 ton unit, which holds about 10 lbs of freon. We have a 23 hp Agco Lawn tractor with a 54 inch mowing deck. We bought this unit "NEW" and mow only our lawn, my wife does most of the mowing. She is not a rough user of the equipment. I purchased the Montel Healthmaster with the 7 year extended warranty about a year ago. A week after I got it the lid broke. Naturally it was the only part of the lid that stopped the entire unit from working. I purchased this product to replace a 16 year old unit. I upgraded to the 15 SEER unit to save on energy efficiency. Purchase/installation took place in Aug 2009. When winter rolled around, and the weather got wet and cold, I discover this unit actually freezes over solid, like an ice cube, rendering the outside unit useless. I had Masonite french doors installed three years ago. The seal around the doors and in the middle is just a bad design. The astricle that meets the doors in the middle allows rain, wind, and other elements inside. Every time it storms I have had water come in on my wood floors and cartpet. Berkey’s advertises and verbally says that for$99 they will do the maintenance on your heating, air conditioning and plumbing. They pride themselves on being "different." However, the company is not different in a good way. They overcharged and twisted what they said. If they put in even an ounce of refrigerant they charge $270. The system capabilities were misreprented. The water processing is not keeping up with demand. We need to use some form of treatment to adequately clean and for food related preparation. The salesperson assured us that our needs would be met. We have had numerous problems with the system. Our service needs have not been addressed when requested. I bought a BRAND NEW pump from these scam artists. Apparently, they buy defective merchandise, sell it as new, then hide behind the manufacturers warrantee and leave you stranded. I bought a $600 pump, it arrived defective. They tell you you'll need a return authorization and give you a toll free number. The toll free number always goes to a machine and they do not return ANY phone calls. I called every hour of the day for 2 weeks with no response. They only responded to CITI bank when they tried to charge him back for the pump. They sent CITI bank a FORGED signature to say I signed for the item!!! The WaterGarden Condominiums is supposedly one of the nicest buildings on Las Olas Boulevard in Ft. Lauderdale. Before you move in, you should check on the condo board policies. Many of the rules make absolutely no sense. For instance, one rule states that the doorman will only accept boxes that are less than 6 (six) cubic feet. Why spend the money to live in a doorman building when the doorman doesn't provide any support to the residents.
