Efficient Attic Systems- Offices in Houston and Dallas, some other cities aas well. I worked there for 38 weeks as an installer of attic ventilation. Pocession of Mall has been delayed for more than 2 yrs, builder keeps asking for money without commiting any pocession date. After3 reminders he has send a threat that the Agreement Dead will be cancelled. Therefore, making sure that we are completely at the mercy of the builder. In such a case how do we get help ? He has not paid any interest on the amount paid towards the shop do far, but is asking us to pay an interest of 18% for delay in payment as per construction. This company has lied to us several times after we signed the contract. We had several warantee issues that they refused to take care of so we had to go to arbitration (per contract). Eric Marsh of Durable Coating Systems was going to coat a cascade for me with material similar to truck bed liner and told me he needed a deposit up front. His references said he was the best so I went ahead and did it. I paid him and he told me he would be back in a week to do the job. He did not contact me or pick up his phone for 2 weeks and then came over without announcing and I let him start working. We purchased a Kent RO system in August 2009, which has been having problems with water purification performance ever since October 2009 onwards. We would need to make atleast half a dozen phone calls for a service person to attend to it. To top it, he would identify the problem to replacement of candles etc (within such a short period?!), but he would not have the spare part with him, nor would he promptly replace the spare part shortly. I ordered four single rolls of wallpaper. When I got the second role about four feet into the roll there was a misprint and I had to cut off the paper which caused me to have to patch one roll of wallpaper. I own a IFB fully automatic washing machine. Due to its quality working, I sparingly use it ; especially for washing heavy bed sheets. The local service centre at Ernakulam, Kadavanthra, Kerala, India had collected two years contract amount for extended warranty. We purchased a Samsung split-type airconditioner for our home office. They were fast in delivering the unit but their after sale service is very poor. After only 30 days of purchase the unit stopped working displaying an error code E2 03 on the indoor monitor unit.
