They do horrible work. When they cut your grass they miss sooo many spots. They trim bushes and weeds with it--instead of pulling the weeds away from the roots of the bushes. It looks horrible. I've been very disappointed with the lack of robust design on my 42" ZTR mower. Twice in a 3 year period the idler pulley for the deck drive has worn on it's pivot pin causing the belt to jump off the pulleys. I gave up on their design and put in an added support for it but shouldn't have to on a mower at his price point. I now have an issue where the right hand drive has no power and is causing a driving issue. Just shouldn't happen. It gets annual maintenance, is low hours and has an easy ride. Has anyone ever gone the the BGH and waited 8 hours to be seen? How about waited A hour just to tell the front desk why your there? Why I'll never buy anything from Sears again: the door to my stand alone freezer collects moisture in the winter and the repair service agreed to fix it. They then sent the incorrect door for this freezer 4 times, each time necessitating my taking time off from work to be present for the repair. Never use Performance Plumbing or have Tim Serafin perform any plumbing work at your home or business. Unless of course you enjoy going through the grief and misery that I am currently. Do not use this company, they lied to us and are now refusing to back their product they are telling us it's our fault that their product is faulty because we use propane to heat our house. We were sold a Ramsond generator when it came the battery was dead. We were told it would run well in the bay of our bus by the customer service at Ramsomd as long as it was vented. It was vented but it burnt up after only 4hrs of running. We called and ask for a part and they told us it would cost us. This company's primary goal is to do anything in order to deny your warranty claim. My 2-year-old Whirlpool front loading washer began to leak softener and laundry detergent out the front. The Septic system was installed by Roto Rooter.
