A couple weeks ago I ordered the Becker Storage Ottoman and just received it yesterday. When I opened the box I was shocked to find the poor quality of the project. The hinges and screws to open the top of the ottoman were broken and the product was not functional at all. On my purchase order it clearly states "Membership: We will refund your membership fee in full at any time if you are dissatisfied." I called customer service numerous times and every representative denied this. Thank you Costco for the lies. I applied for Direct TV service in March 2009. All I was seeking was just a simple Installation. This chair is sold through many of the office supply stores. I purchased this one at Office Depot in February 2009. The chair arm broke. This arm is plastic and is screwed into the base and the back. The arm is screwed onto the base with two screws and broke in two places, next to each screw. Once broken, the back no longer stays in place. The chair is unusable. I did not misuse this chair. Josu Sanchez is the owner. He showed up late, horrible service. He cam in a old blue van that was dirty. We live in Indio and he said he could replace some parts in out toilet. He wanted a very high price. We ended up paying even though he was rude. The next day we had the same problem but he never came back to fix it. Company uses commercial vehichles at times that have signs like "wide load" or "overly wide load" and have no equiptment following them as workers use those signs. Some believe few obese out in the public are being taunted by use of these commercial vehicle signs for purposes other than work related. Few workers for Blasnobs has a few really obese workers. On Friday, September 26, 2008, I discovered that my toilet was leaking. After examining it closely, I decided that the leak was coming from the area of the inlet pipe. I figured that the rubber gasket (washer) on the inside of the tank needed replacement and went to Home Depot to get another one. I asked Arrow Roofing to send some to inspect my roof. I found shingles on the ground. She send a Mexican that barely speaks English. making a sealed double glazed unit into just 2 peices of glass stood in a rebate that have been drilled into could still be called a double pane unit, but it will never be sealed, if you introduce valves and air flow into a dgu it will never be a sealed unit for the rest of its time in that rebate.i think if you were to place a thermometer on the inner pane of a normally functioning dgu, and a crystal clear one you will find a large variation between the two, the second one would read cooler than the first, thus having less insulation properties.why not give it a whirl and see if the "U" value has changed read full review »

Amana Fridge freezers, highly inflated prices for substandard appliances. They have more breakdown calls. Their engineers don't appear to know the product, they ar unable find the faults.
