I am a resident of Transport Nagar Meerut (U.P.)and I have a LPG gas connection from "Geetanjali Gas Service, Meerut". I am facing a big problem while booking the gas since last one year. The agency owners refused to book my gas so many times without "Ration Card" and the process of booking is very lengthy. On the other hand there are so many delivery man who are selling LPG gas on black, there are no rules or foundation for them, they can freely take gas cylinder from the godown of agency as per their requirement for sale in the market but the genuine connection holder are facing so many problems. I brought in my 2 year old vacuum cleaner for simple maintenance and a tune up. It was working fine except the suction was not working as well as it used to. I brought in the vacuum on 9/15. Please dont buy from Aaron's Sales & Lease. I leased from them in 2002 at the Lancaster, S.C. store. Paid off three items. I have made it known to them every month I have two disable sons and I am at dr. or hospital alot. They may not hear from me for days, but I will always pay my payment before the other payment is due. The day after due date they start calling, harassing my children by telling them they are coming to get our furniture. They upset my children and get them crying. I am getting LPG cylinders from TUCS, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai who is the dealer for Indianoil Corporation Limited, Chennai. I do not get the cylinder unless other wise I remind the dealer atleast for 5 times. I get the cylinder only after 20 days that too only after reminding. I bought a house in Dec. of 2005 and assumed the existing propane gas service that the previous owner had. I pay on time and they deliver on time. I just want to terminate their delivery service. I purchased an appliance from Home Depot 2 weeks ago and was told that it had to be special ordered. I advised them that I needed a delivery on Saturday. A delivery was scheduled from 9-12pm on Saturday. I bought a Bosch dishwasher from HH Gregg. We had a rebate for the installation. When I never received my rebate check, I called Bosch. Supposedly, they never received it. I was given a second address to mail my rebate information to. I soon received notice that we were too late. When my wife and I originally bought this system, we were adamant about the fact that we didn't want this account to be like a credit card. We were assured by the sales rep that it was a fixed rate and not an open-ended credit account. An open-ended credit card account is the biggest rip-off going, and we both new that based on past experiences so therefore we wanted no part of it. I signed with Bellsouth/Protection One in August of 2006 and paid an install of $149 and agreed to $29.95/month. Our business lease is up in December of 2007. When we called to cancel, we were told this is a 5 year agreement! Who signs a 5 year agreement? Who pays for an install on a 5 year lease? It took 3 weeks to get it delivered, they forgot to take away the old mattress's even though they had to step over them in my drive way and the bed is already leaking after 48 hours. Two years ago, I got a set of Craftsman cordless tools from Sears. Recently the battery charger became defective and I tried to buy another one. I paid a couple of thousand dollars for what I thought would be a top-of-the-line appliance by Thermador, and now I'd give anything to get rid of it and replace it. The oven makes so much noise that you want to turn it off asap to restore some peace and quiet. The oven takes a long time to heat up (about 20 or more minutes) and about 5-10 minutes to cool down so that the noisy fan shuts off. My Acquaguard water purifier is under Annual Maintenance contract. I am mking complaints to all levels in Eureka forbes at known no. including the local Agent to whom they further sub-letted the contract, nobody seems to be concerned to address to the complaint. Last complaint was made on 20-09-2007 at 011-39883333 as the local Agent phone was out of order or did not take the call probably due to their mechanic being on leave, still I informed the mechanic on his mobile phone.
