The people at the store were just as nice as could be, and several of our pieces have defects, small enough we decided to overlook, but the delivery is ridiculous! My Aqua Guard stopped working and I had to call Eureka Forbes for getting it repaired (since we had bought it from them). They insisted us on signing the annual service contract which we did not do (since we had heard about their poor service and hence this money would go down the drain). I am very fed up with this Agency for supply of gas cylinder. They take minimum 20-30 days for supplying of gas cylinder. i checked from other agencies of Indian Oil & Hindustan Petroleum, they deliver the complaint of gas booking within 2-5 days from the date of booking.
