I have written letters as well as emails and have not gotten a response from anyone. I decided to call but after being given about 8 different phone #s, no one was able to help. I am certain that I am disconnected by design. In utter frustration now, should I contact my lawyer?? The problem is that my clothes smell moldy after ashing. I also complained about the rubber lining being mildewed and has worn thin ans so it can burst at any time. I suffer with asthma triggered by allergies, so this has become a major health issue for me. I have been told that I should use bleach, but we are on a septic system and do not use bleach.

2 weeks ago when i ringed service center of kenstar home appliances for the repair of my washing machine. A service person from the company came after 2 days and told me that we will call you and then we will tell you the detail of the problem. After 5 days when i called the service center back, the call attender didn't took my request properly and disconnected my call several times. At last she failed to five me a complain number. I feel like never ever getting any appliance from kenstar in the future as the after sale service of the company is extremely poor! read full review »

I have new ifb machine. I brought it before one and half month. No washing, no service, no replacement. IFB man are said first we have to check it ok. He had change timer, circuit and motor in my new machine. Can u believe this? Then after its not working and says its your electricity fault. I said in all flats we have same power supply and others have lg, samsung are working. Then they give me ans. We cant replace it. So never never never buy ifb washing machine. read full review »

I purchased a washing machine on 30/08/06 and its written in the catalogue that there's no guarantee on plastic parts but when the defect arises just in 6months of usage then who is responsible for that!!! A friend of mine was just terminated because of a $60.00 mistake on a customers order and was interrogated for about two and a half hours not to mention all of the mental stress that was involved. Sears need to stop treating employees like dogs and treating them with respect, because they are not just employees they are friends and family of consumers. We have purchased aqua designer model not even 2 months back & had the problem starting right from the installation. In these nearly two months we had about 7 visits of the technicians but still 1/2 time machine is not in working condition.

I placed my order on August 31st. I quickly learned that LTD Commodities does not give you a complete total price until after they ship out your orders. The reason for this is because they don't have set shipping costs. They could send out your item(s) in one box or in one box per item and charge you shipping for each item. This is a huge inconvenience for anyone who likes to keep a balanced checkbook.

I ordered two lamps. CSN Lighting charged me, but only shipped one lamp -and that lamp arrived late and broken. I have repeatedly requested that they send me a replacement part, but all they will say is "we have ordered it". They won't tell me when I can expect it to arrive. I never got the total charges detailed before it cut me off, but of course my credit card number was collected first thing. 1. Plastic wheel broke in first 3 weeks although weight of hose did not exceed 300 feet of medium grade hose.
2. Green paint peeled off in first 2 months and exposed corroded and rusted metal in first 2 months.
3. Reel is entirely rusted in first 3 months.
4. Contact with Customer Service advised that this product should not be stored outside.

We have a built-in Thermador Model SC302TW convection/conventional double oven, purchased it in May 2000.
It failed almost immediately and was fixed at the end of June. It worked for a while, then failed again and was fixed in July, 2003, toward the end of the warrantee- only parts were covered. Soon after the panel grew too dim to read. They said they'd replace the panel again, but at our expense. So we use it without being able to read the panel.

CanterPoint Energy gas division of Houston, Texas accidentally shutoff my gas services this morning for non-payment of my bill which was paid via their online billing services. I had my confirmation print out from my computer had the technician rang the doorbell and notified us. I always call a person at Centerpoint and relay this information but was unable to contact their services. I have bought samsung microwave model No.C103FL-5/XTL on 28.01.06 from Patna Bihar, due rat bite wiring of my microwave was damaged so I sent this to samsung work shop for repairing in July 2007 at patna after 2 months work shop repaired it by replacing parts worth Rs.4500/ despite replacement of parts my microwave doesn't work properly. I purchased a brand new aerator from Husqvarna and paid $2500 for it. I never used it but supposedly had gas in it when they tested to make sure it worked at the factory. The tank was empty when I received it. It would not start so I took it to a Husq dealership. They stated it had a bad carburetor and was not covered under warranty. It would cost me $165. I contacted Husqvarna and they stated it was not covered under their policy. Even though they were the ones that put the gas in it. Champion advertise custom room but, would not put baker board under vinyl siding in under room/deck, bees enter room thru poorly misfitted screens. They would not insulate roof where they tied into existing roof with there I-beam. There is no way to heat/cool a room with direct access left to outside air thru roof vents.

I purchased a refrigerator model # FRS26ZRGWA in 2000 from Lowes in Cincinnati,OH. 7 yrs, later the thing is completely shot. I paid over $1000 for the piece of garbage. When it went out I lost over $750 worth of food. It appears that the defrost heater exploded and put a hole in my evaporator. The repair thought it could be fixed at first but then after he assessed the damage he told me it would be better to buy a new unit. We had a house fire and we contracted them to do the work. Our cupboards were hung crooked, baseboards were two different kinds in the same room. Carpet they laid was rotted and they had to replace it when after a month it was going bare, They painted walls wrong color... I could go on and on it was the worst experience we ever had. I have spent in excess of EIGHT hours on the phone trying to get these parts. I have spoken with one or two very helpful and pleasant reps and about 6 or seven rude and might I say incompetent reps. I have spoken with supervisors, called corporate, emailed corporate and still have unresolved issues.

I called to follow up and received a email confirm with no order status. I waited 2 weeks and made several calls to check on the status. I never received a call back stating the status of my order. The 310 ltrs. fusion was purchased by me on 28.04.2007 from Sales Corner, Kothi, Baroda. No response from customer care center at Baroda No one is lifting Telephone or Numbers are given wrong by recorded telephone. My fridge is giving bad smell from the upper portion of the fridge and by that entire room is smelled very badly and inhyegenic.
If with in 12 hours the complaint is not attended to resolve I shall have to move to Customer Redrressal Cell at the cost, risk and responsibilities of the company.

Very poor product quality. Non existent customer service. Windows installed in 1988. Window seals failed after less than 3 years in service. Multiple window closing mechanism failures and multiple window latch failures.
Notwithstanding repeated requests for service; both via Email and telephone, and despite four calls to the local peachtree dealer we are unable to get any return calls.

I completed the rebate form making sure it was comleted correctly and enclosed all the needed items including the UPS code and mailed it on 4/11/2007. Rainbow vacuum cleaner (the e series) is the one i bought, this thing is a expensive piece of junk. The cord is so cheap it gets very warm during use, it does not pick up things off my carpet near as good as my much much cheaper sears vacuum, so many times i have to loosen things on the rug before the rainbow will pick it up, so i get out my 200 dollar sears and get the job done.
