I live in an upscale apt complex that has to deal with NWP for my water bill. I live alone. I travel 50% of the month.When I am home, I work 10-12 hour days away from home. I have a 1100 sq.ft. with 2bed/2 bath. I am charged the same amount as a family with 2-3 children or people that have 1-2 roommates. Water is plentiful in Nashville, in fact we have water all around and facilites to process it. It is insane that I should have a $50 water/sewer /trash bill given the situation. In the second half of October 2010, I purchased a carport from LostValleyCarport.com, who apparently is a rep company for Coast to Coast carports. 2003 Kenmore side by side fridge model number 10641212101 filled our house with smoke. We were not home and lucky it didn't burn our house down and kill our cat. I have been dealing with sears on this as there was no recall and obviously no longer a waranty. HEAT USA is nothing what they claim to be. Every time you call to check your price that you are "TOLD" by the oil company you have to pay, USA tells you that's the correct price. I have spoken to the owner of the oil company that Heat USA gave me who told me at times I have to pay higher price then his own customers. Agreed to a free water test. After 4.5 hours of sales pitch I finally agreed to the water softner. They installed the next day. Installer really excited about showing me the -dirt- in my water. Charged me $4100 to replace main sewer line and drain line to kitchen sink under my house. Then charged me another $3000 to add another 10ft of main sewer line from under my house to the front of my home with a clean out access and an access cover. This was done by drilling into the foundation to remove the old pipe and digging under my front porch (6ft) to reach the foundation from the other side. We bought a house built by Sellcrest Homes in June 2006. This builder built many of the homes in our subdivision. Others who have had problems, have not given him nearly as many chances as we have. I have a product protection agreement on a kenmore refrigerator freezer. It malfunction on around December 23, 2010. I called for service on 12-24-10. I was told that service could not be provided until 12-29-10, between the hours of 8am-12pm. On 12-28-10 I received a confirmation for my appointment. On 12-29-10 after 10am I received a call saying that the repairman was unable to to provided me with service. I bought a Whirlpool Gold Cooktop model GLS3665RS01 in March 2010. In October it developed a problem with all five igniters continuously sparkling. I was WAY overcharged for a fall clean-up/ leaf removal! My yard is maybe an acre - but at least 1/3 is just brush. I was charged $625 for just cleaning up the leaves - another $85 for dumping the leaves (even though I indicated they could dump right in the wooded/brush area on my property) AND a cut @ $45. Buyers Beware!!! We bought a $400 Blanco double basin undermount sink from Homeperfect.com. Within a month of it being installed under our granite counters it began to rust! We contacted customer service, sent photos of the rusted sink and asked if this product was a knock off or just defective and what we can do. Accurate Airconditioning is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with (we had to use them because of a Home Warranty). I worked several properties for Assured Asset in the Palmdale area.
