These companies are jointly owned and operated. Most of the downloads at movieberry.com and filmous.com provide are of poor quality. Several times files are unable to be completely downloaded but they still charge customers for them & offer NO support to correct their problems. Once they have your credit card, it's over. I purchased an All-Glass 18" x 48" classic mission style aquarium stand from Big Al's in Edmonton. After I got it home and before it was set up, there was a minor spill of water on the hardwood floor. The left front leg was in the water and caused it to swell significantly; there was no damage to the hardwood flooring. Our first Cadet 3 toilet (product number 2403012) came with a leak that caused the tank to drain constantly into the bowl. American Standard shipped us a new flapper valve and a new flush valve; neither helped. Then they shipped an entirely new toilet which we had to install at our own expense - but it leaked even worse than the first one! We finally fixed it ourselves by applying sealant to the joint between the flush valve and the base of the tank. I'd given a couple of photos to be scanned and copied and a few soft copies on the pendrive to be made into hard copies. It was overall order value of 1000 bucks. Don't be fooled by this company's user-friendly website (which auto-populates fields with information that is then held against you) and ostensibly-low rates. There was a sticker on the phone refering to saving money on long distance and credit card calls. I did what they said. I called to get my air ducts cleaned for $40. They technician came out and said i had holes in the ducts and they would rip if they cleaned them and that i need to replace all the duct work. They wanted $5500 to replace 14 vents and install 2 more vents with R6 ducts that have some polymer material inside and fiberglass on the outside so rats can't chew into the ducts. Has anyone been able to get a refund for the $87.47 after the 10 day trial has expired? I've seen a bunch of complaints but none that say they received a refund? Am I wasting my time? They charge me for a Create & Print account that I do not use, now going on two years that I have paid for this account and not used it at all. Refuse to refund charge and when I finally got a human being they would not help me. Even when speaking to a manager, he would not help and told me I could write to the corporate address. We are a new start-up company with high hopes for OneBox and their advertisements. We are now, two months later, very disappointed and have cancelled the service. They promised the ability to have our customers and others call them and it would appear that we had a live receptionist. Dozens of errors later and the inability of their customer services group to correct or care about the many errors has led us to this decision. My Web Pilot has over 6 complaints against them with the BBB, FBI Internet Fraud Dept, Florida Attorney General, County Prosocuters Office and other various organizations. They were hired to redo websites, or build new ones, took payment and did not finish any of the sites. I have to let people know about our experience with Teragren flooring and Interiors Exteriors of Colorado Springs. If you are even thinking about putting down hardwood or bamboo over radiant floors in a dry climate, DO NOT DOT IT. This company has not rejected our state taxes. they are holding them still after a week. We have sent in all the documents to verify who we are, and still no contact back from anyone, even though they state they will call you within 3 days. They removed my husband from our account and set up another account without our authorization. They do not allow you to call and speak to anyone in the fraud department or risk department.
