TWA Resale contacted me on Jan 30 soliciting business to help rent out my timeshare weeks. Chris Jackson, the agent who called me, assured me that within 90-120 days, he guaranteed that my timeshare weeks will be rented out. In return for that, he charged me a fee for $699. The detrioration of my deck has become so severe, that I had to remove a staircase and board over the worst boards for safety concerns. It crumbles by watching. We had purchased a SPA through EBay sometime in December'08. It was very dramatic to receive it in a first place, because it is 800 lb and no one wanted to do delivery. Inventory Control Center cold called our office and phished the type of copier we have from our receptionist. Then they sent and bunch of toner we never ordered, billed us for it and harassed us about payment. I bought 8 cu yd of organic soil from this company on March 27th. Because some health problem, I spend an extra $100 to put this soil around my house. I bought big amount of an expensive seeds and plants (blackcurrant plants, sour cherry trees, cranberry plants, lingonberry plants, etc) for my garden. I had signed up to VPSLand about a year ago, and I had signed up to a basic package and yet they billed me for a more Expensive package. The Golba Group and Landmark Maintenance, Do Not Use! I recently rented a home from The Golba Group, and they literally stole my security deposit. I ordered pump repair parts from this company on 7/7/09. Ten days later, I sent my first email reconfirming the delivery address as the order was late. I did not receive any confirmation from the company that they had received the email. I sent 15 additional emails asking that they contact me because I felt the order was late. They never responded to any of the emails. The part arrived 5 weeks after order with no explaination of the issue. They never returned any email queries.
