I received a phone call from a sales representative claiming that Prestige Management sells high quality sales leads. I was informed that the leads were pre-qualified and waiting to received a phone call from a local insurance agent. Upon receiving the leads, we started calling immediately. Time Warner's Road Runner high speed cable internet servicce is AWFUL. I have had the service since September, 2008. Since, not a month has gone by without problems. Today (2/26/09) marks the fourth day in a row that my service has been out or faulty. Fed up, last night I phoned customer service. I was placed on hold for 50 minutes and 59 seconds and STILL HAD NOT HAD MY ISSUES RESOLVED when I hung up. I worked for this man, Paul Polisena, for a few months. It was a horrible experience. Not only was he unbeleavably sexually inappropriate with me but he scammed me when it came to my pictures. We recently had our service with Fairpoint canceled. We chose another provider whom we are very pleased with. Fairpoint will not release our telephone number to our new provider. What this means is that I can call anyone anywhere and NO ONE WHO IS A FAIRPOINT CUSTOMER CAN CALL ME! Hired Woodbridge Moving in December 2008 as the 2-family I had been renting sold my month-to-month lease did not allow for an extension in time. Furniture was delivered 3 days late and items were forgotten and I was told they would not be able to deliver them when I was available. So now that's going to take another month maybe. My living room end tables look ridiculous without the glass on them. This is not a good experience with this company.
