I found Fluent through a web search, came up with their promotion of Customers Service. Basically, I spent $14, 900.00 to set up a campaign with them. Very unhappy and frustrated with my (attempted) order from Apex Battery. Tried to order a projection lamp for my Mitsubishi TV. searched all over the web for the particular part number, provided by Mitsubishi. Came across Apex. Not THE cheapest, but cheaper than many. I read the previous review and was convinced it was written by their marketing department. However, I am very satisfied with my purchase. It was shipped promptly and received quickly. I had purchased an Antec Neo 550 PSU that ran great since last November, then inexplicably died. After removing the PSU from my tower, I noticed that it was making a strange rattling sound like a piece had broken off inside. Antec's online RMA process was easy to complete and I received an RMA number 10 hours later. After boxing and shipping off my dead PSU, I received a brand new one as a replacement. Computer would hang on shutdown and tech support was courteous, an old guy who knew his stuff, but only a BIOS and OS upgrade from Win 95 to Win 98 took care of the problem. Prompt shipment but wrong parts. I ordered StarTech SNT127A mobile racks which are made of metal. Without checking with me they shipped Lian Li plastic mobile racks which are not compatible with my other Startech products, Wrote feedback requesting information, no response as yet, so have now requested an RMA number. A quick check would have clarified this before shippment. I am a very dissappointed customer (probably ex customer). If I receive an RMA number, I can ship these back being out time, energy, and shipping both ways, but they will make a small profit on the shipping and HANDLING charges. I placed an order on Monday, September 8 and received my frames on Friday, September 12. The speed of delivery was amazing! The qualifty was good -- I'm no expert on frames -- but they look good to me and satisfy my purpose. The only complaint I have is regarding the assembly. My wood frames were fully assembled, but I wish they would drill the holes in the back of the frames to accomodate the screws/clips needed to secure the art in the frame. I ordered a pair of earbuds a while ago and only one side worked. I emailed and tried to call the company but got no response. In January, I ordered another kind of earbuds and a FM transmitter car kit. The earbuds came and these work much better, but the car kit never arrived. I kept waiting thinking it was coming in a separate box. I have since emailed 3 times and tried to call them. The phone number does not appear to work and again, got no response from my email. I ordered one SCSI CD-R drive which was bundled with the Adaptec CD-Creator software and the wire to connect the CD-R drive to the sound card. After weeks of research, I finally ordered a ProStar 5604 laptop through AmazingLaptops.com. I've only had the laptop for a couple of weeks, but so far the machine is excellent, with all the bells and whistles I'll need for several years to come. Terrible customer service. Purchased a piece of luggage. Charged same day but received about a week later. Didn't use it for about 3 weeks because I wasn't traveling but when I did travel I realized the luggage was terrible constructed and/or defective. The wheels make the entire rolling mechanism useless. Called Altman but they told me I was outside the 30 day return policy and they refused to do anything -- repair, replace, or refund.
