I had signed up for the JC Penney Rewards Program and I was NEVER told this would cost $9.95 a month. I NEVER gave them my credit card number. I do shop JC Penney on a regular basis but this was not something I agreed to pay for. It was very misleading inn the fact that this was a free service. I feel if I did not give authorization to use my charge card number, JC Penney had NO right to do so. I will call my charge card company and JC Penney and file a complaint with them as well. I've been a DIGITELONE DSL subscriber for almost 2 years now. I have been paying for the advertise DSL speed of 256 KBPS. I never, during the last two years reach that speed yet. The fastest that I got was 220 KBPS. Sometimes I was getting below 120 KBPS. When I complained to the one of the service centers, I was told that 220 is the average speed that customers with a 256 contract are getting. This company is very shady. They sent out some blades that dulled very quicky, thank god i only tried out 1 and then i noticed they sent out 25 when it was supposed to be 1. My girlfriend and I recently rented a mailbox from this UPS Store in Schenectady (Rotterdam), NY in order to receive mail and packages that requires a signature. We also felt it would be more secure than packages being left on our front porch. The location was also convenient since we pass by the location on the way home from work. I responded to an online ad to record a song and film a commercial at this studio. I paid $500 cash to the owner, Ron Johnson. While recording, Mr. Johnson said I must complete the song in one take. I tried and made an error. Mr. Johnson said if I mess up one more time, he would stab me with his pocket knife. The other employees assured me he says things like that all the time and not to worry. I made another mistake in the song and he stabbed me in my shoulder. I left and called the cops and they said there was nothing they could do with no actual proof. I made a large purchase from this Yves Rocher(over $200) and on the web page the price listed for a brush-set was on sale for 50% off the normal $15, so it was $7.50. I have expierenced a crack in the rear door of my 2003 Mercury Mountaineer, I went to the dealership and spoke with the service manager, he said that there have been several complaints do to the stress of exspansion and contraction and it isn't covered by the company.. I ordered the Escort 9500ix from Escort itself. Apparently, if you order from someone else, Escort will try to void the warranty. Not sure why they would sell through other retailer and have the customer pay the ultimate price of having a voided warranty. Nonetheless, I figured the 9500ix seemed like a good ideal.
