I ordered a car seat on Amazon which was being sold through Baby Age. The price was low, so I called to confirm that it was the actual car seat as stated on the site and that the price was correct. I was told that it was the car seat and the price was correct as stated on the website. I received a confirmation email which stated that I had ordered a car seat. I ordered a motherboard/CPU combo from Sonicparts.com in August of 2004, It is now October 2004 and I still haven't recieved any word from above mentioned merchant. All contacts have led to automated responses and the website is aparently down. They were very quick to draw the funds for the part, almost the same day actually. This was, by far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I placed an order through Amazon on 12/15/08 for a gift (with expedited shipping, 2-6 days), which was processed through Caiman. On 12/18/08, I get an email that the package was shipped, but no tracking number is provided (Amazon always provides a tracking number, and most of its other merchants do too). My first and last order from this company was almost two years ago. I don't recall being particularly impressed with their communication about the order. My order was completed however. I've decided to submit a review because of my zero tollerance for companies that sell addresses or spam their own customers. I keep meticulous records on the email addresses I use for trasactions with businesses. I was very surprised to find this web site and I am thinking I found it way too late but I would like to make a comment any way. First things first, I regret buying this computer from Axis. From day one I have had nothing but problems with my system. They replaced more components because their technical support was impossible to reach. I wasted more hours on hold then I did raising my 2 daughters! My computer is very sick and has been for quite some time. I will be taking it to a PC doctor very soon. Two years ago I ordered a camera, lens and filters from AAA Camera. The lens was received but the wrong camera body was shipped and the filters were cracked (the filters were well packaged so the damage was before shipment). I was told to return the camera body and filters and that they would be replaced promptly. Months passed by with dozens of phone calls and emails and still no replacements. I got totally robbed from this company. They got me for $76.00 for two motherboards. Before I sent the money order they always replied to my emails within 1 day. But now since I sent the money order I've sent over 10 emails but have not got one reply from these robbers. I wish I would have read this review BEFORE I sent them money. I'd appreciate any help anyone can give me such as phone numbers, names, etc... I am putting a tracer on the money order that I sent them and I am going to file a small claims suit against them as soon as I find out who they bank with and who they are. This company is a fraud and do not use it. I order a lot from pricewatch and have found it to be a great place to comparison shop. I have never had a problem from them before, until now. I do agree with some of the other comments that pricewatch should be some what responsible for the company's that are allowed to advertise their products on their site. Luckily for me it was only a few dollars and a lot of time spent disputing the charge with the bank, Unfortunately for pricewatch, myself and numerous others in my industry will no longer use their services. read full review »

My experience could not have been better. I inquired about whether the camera was new and was told it was. I ordered the camera, they telephoned me and offered an extra battery etc. The price was $100 less than any other "store" and I received my new camera as scheduled. We chose this reseller due to the low price on froogle.com. Unfortunately the service was not quite up to par. While the website states that the item would be shipped in 2-3 days, we did not receive the item for about 2 weeks. When we finally did receive the item, it was a faulty unit. I should have smelled a rat, when this company did not provide any telephone number or address. The only way to communicate with Bridgeport Bankruptcy was through a rectangular square on their web site. Then, they would reply by sending a message to your e-mail address. They even warned that the e-mail address used in sending their messages to you would not be responded to - that only that rectangular square on web site would receive attention. I have contacted this company for a website design. They agreed to build a website for me for $1350 and asked for a deposit 0f 450.00 which I paid the same day. When I realized that the website was not being created after 3 weeks, I asked for my money back so that I could go to a different company. They refused to refund my deposit under the pretext that they usually ask for half of the amount and since my 450 was less than half of 1350 they cannot refund my money. This company designed a web site for me for my business. After forking out over $1200.00 it was not designed to my requirements. I had pages with forms of them that did not work. To this date they have fixed them. They charged me for a page that I was supposed to get free for paying up front for hosting for a year. They were supposed to design a page for people to post their information. That was never done. My advice is do not use this company. This site is blocking emails to their customers accounts from sites without any proof. I received an email to advise my email had been rejected as it was listed in a negative database as a Home Internet Connection. The server in fact is in a cluster, in the largest Data Centre in Europe and has never been a home connection. Made a purchase at Good Feet Store of 2 sets of plastic inserts. While I was pleased with one set, the other did not support my feet at all, and I returned them for an exchange within the 60 day grace period they give, less than a month after the original purchase. The only reason they stay in Missouri is that Missouri will not help an employee get their wages due to them because it is a hire at will state so unless you take them to court you are screwed. DVCentury.com advertised 1 GB of DDR RAM for $78- I bought it- received a used 512mb module that did not even work right. I called and the owner "SAM" was very uncooperative. I will likely be taking him to court over this, and am now requesting a charge back from my credit card company.
