I brought my Kia to be repaired at Ragsdale Kia of Spencer. After two weeks, and numerous phone calls, I was told that the car was done. I drove 30 minutes to pick it up and the gear shift was sitting in the passenger side seat. My husband and I purchased a one month policy for our infant daughter to cover a lapse between coverage as my husband switched from one job to another. We rented our property out to this company while we were in the USA. After the first payment, no further payments were made and the tenants stole from the house and trashed the place, breaking windows, doors, furniture and leaving cigarette burns throughout the house. Somebody checked the property regularly and on occasion found upto 15 people staying in the house but no damage had been done.
