Color Brite awning company told me they would paint the awnings in 2-3 weeks in the specified colors. 7-8 weeks later the awnings were finally done but were painted the wrong color. Lake charles manufacturing supplies test tubes and other science supplies. They have the worst customer service. I ordered items and expected them within the time it said they would be shipped (3 days ground) they never arrived. I asked where the items were in an email and they (mike) replied in a condescending manner. They do not always respond to requests of information about when items will be shipped. Rather unusual situation, they are unable to furnish a good connection with Europe (Italy and France), and after 50 e-mails, being called on weekends at 7 am by their technical reps and kept on the phone for 1/2 hr to allow them to "fix the problem", after having had my parents called in the middle of the night "to check", they finally say "we are unable to perform", no ciontraectual obligations on my side, just plain inability to furnish a good connection on theirs. Never ever buy Sirius Radio's life time membership. Once bought you don't exist. I payed $594 and have never received any service from them. For some reason my password will not access their internet radio - and they don't care - because they have my money. Lvnv funding is suing me for $909.19 plus court cost because of an old debt they purchased for pennies, the original amount was $498. I tried to pay this debt when I first found out it had been turned over to a collection agency, but they just talked down to me. I used centerforlegalhelp.com to help me file for divorce. It was all done over the phone and e mail. I did what they told me and filed the papers. They were returned to me by the judge because they weren't filled out right and forms were missing. I called the company and they did say they would help me fix it. The guy that helped me called but while I was talking to him he was very rude and yelled at me and called me a ***. All I was doing was trying to go over the papers with him to make sure they were done right this time.
