6 months ago, eight of us living at Jadawel compound near Radwah police station, subscribed to Mobily high speed internet with Mobily 3.5G coverage with speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps according to the company advertisement and the sales people at the store. We have got an unreliable HSDPA/UMTS with maximum speed of 384 Kbps. true speed is 35K down and 23K up. We complained multiple times and we have got nothing resolved. I had taken broad band connected with BSNL. Technical assistance for the connection was so poor and no proper guidance could be given. after lodging complaints I had set it right. Mail box size was limited with 1 MB per attachments. Some times i receive mail attachments with just more than 1 MB size. i got these so i could wipe off my car quickly when i wash it. the towels do pick up water but not like on the ad where it picks up ALL water at once. they also leave a fabric residue. on the ad the guy states to put them in the washer and then the dryer. when you get them the paper that comes with them states DONT put in a dryer. I bought Birch service because the salesman promised em that I could disconnect if I didn't like it. It turns out that the taxes were not included in the sales price as promised, so I fired 'em and went back to AT&T. They are trying to collect a $400 disconnection fee -- I guess this is styled to make me want their service again? Be careful with these guys -- full disclosure is not one of their strong points. I remembered getting a telemarketing call and agreeing to have some stuff sent to me: Liberty Fun Pass, US Patriot Card, and this PRM or PME Health Options Stuff. Was charged 19.95 twice, and then $49.99 for the Health Options. Couldn't get a hold of them until I found a number next to the charge amount on my bank statement online: 866-397-3065. Call them and you'll get right through to a live person. I was able to cancel the memberships and given a confirmation number. My experience is similar to other reviewers. I gave them a social security number, and they gave me a worthless report consisting mainly of people who happen to have a similar name to the person for whom I was searching. I filled out their email form to register a complaint, but never received a response. Another nice touch is that they will try to get you to sign up for some identity theft protection service, and they make this service look like its part of the registration process. It's not. I just got scammed by Home Depot when I bought a repackaged SKil cordless drill kit drill kit that was missing the drill. Bought a patio set on sale, but then found out this store did not have all the pieces. They sent us to two other stores in two different towns. Each store was supposed to have our missing items, not! We then asked them to order the items. Couldn't, item discontinued, but item in sale flier for another week! At the third store, a couple was going to get a rain check for the same set.
