Complaint regarding service levels at Nashua service provider
I have had a Nashua cellphone contract since December 2003 with insurance cover costing me R60.00 per month.
On Saturday I visited Nashua in Boksburg and wanted to hand in my cellphone for repair. I was told that I could not get a loan phone but that they would log a call for the phone to be collected from my work address for repair and would arrange a loan phone for me.

I bought a new opel 1.7 turbo diesel bakkie in feb 2006 from eagle canyon auto. Upon the purchase of this new vehicle, i instructed eagle canyon auto to install a new radio and rubber lining.
Within the first week the left hand speaker stopped operating due to a bad connection. The second week, water leaked thrue the roof. Due to bad installation where they didn't install a o-ring on the bee-sting arial.

Furniture City
I recently bought a Rustico junior desk from Furniture City Boksburg. In the advert is a picture of the desk with two drawers and the ad saying Rustico junior desk R1399.00 save R200.00. When I went into the store the desk was there with the two drawers. I bought it only to find that the drawers were an extra R285.00 each. No where did it say drawers not included / extra. I have 2 complaints against Telkom. Firstly, I received a CD which would allow me 3 months FREE internet access. As we had a prepaid phone, we tested the service. As this period came to an end we relocated to another province and hence no longer had the pre-paid phone. Now, 6 months later I have noticed that Telkom have been deducting money from my account monthly for a service which I do not have (I do not even have a phone!). Zyprexa/Antipsychotic Drug
I was admitted for two weeks in hospital and treated with zyprexa for Bipolar Mood Disorder. In the two weeks my tummy swollen up and my weight increased tremendously.
The psychiatrist called a GP to intervene. I was then treated for constipation, but my stomach, "behinds", Neck and generally my weight is too big. I stopped talking zyprexa now for six months but my body has not yet dropped body weight.

1time do not allow cancellations! Their discounted rates are not worth the risk! The policy is not made clear on the web page or in the contract (my point of view). I am R2700 out of pocket. I feel I'm a victim of false marketing.
I will be more cautious next time I reserve tickets with any airline (this is the first time I have ever had a need to cancel).

On the date of 26/04/07 on Emirates flight... traveling from Dubai to Birmingham. I regret to inform you that while in flight I was struck by one of the metal food trolleys. It hit me in the side of my face with some force.

I went to buy Kentucky and to my disappointment they had a mash and gravy shortage, so I had to order something else. I then ordered 2 streetwise burgers; it was so distasteful and dry.
The burgers were made with ordinary buns that you buy in shoprite, because they had a shortage of the normal small buns as well. The buns are so big that you don’t even taste the piece of chicken-patty and mayo in between. I thru the burgers in the dustbin. They should wait until there is stock before they continue to sell the streetwise burgers again.

Over the last six months or so I have tried to get the attention of the 808 help line; each time I was informed by a computerized voice "All our consultants are currently busy...". At 1000 km i complained to royce love nissan (rossburgh) durban that my bakkie had a vibration and i was told that it could be the propsahft. At 15000km the bakkie was taken in for a re-ring. I took my phone on 3 occasions to nokia service centre in woodmead, Johannesburg.despite this my phone was never repaired properly.
Since the woodmead repair centre closed down I took it to the mtn service centre at the glen and after more than 3 weeks they did not even repair the phone.

My contract was up for a possible renewal with mtn. I went to mtn the glen to renew my contract. I chose a nokia for business which i returned to the outlet within 48 hours. i was not happy with the features of the phone. in fact my personal view was that the phone is over marketed and the features were exaggerated. The outlet was not prepared to listen at my problem instead they disregarded my complaint and raised a lot of unjustified issues which i was never alerted nor do they exist in my contract.
