MOST OF THEIR CARS ARE AUCTION REPOS ! I purchased a used 2003 BMW 325 sedan from these crooks and it needs $3500.00 in repairs and they told me to "get lost". I was told the vehicle was serviced and inspected by they're mechanics, only to find out it has internal engine problems. The engine started knocking after I only drove it 250 miles and the mechanic at the BMW dealer told me they must have put something in the oil to "quiet" it down long enough for me to get it off the lot. This company routinely takes listings from classified websites and loads them into Google Base. This results in someone who uses Google Maps to click on a link for property at this address, and to be taken to the apartmenthunterz.com website. They trick the Google Base system by falsely listing themselves as the broker and or agent for the property. At no time are they the agent for the property. If you dispute any amount on the statement they send you, and don't pay it until you resolve, they carry on charging you R100 every month as a 'late payment reminder', even if you carry on paying everything else and on time. It comes on the phone as "unknown" but when you listen to the entire message that leave on the voicemail at the end they give you a number to call them back at. They are constantly calling my 8 yr old daughters prepaid cell phone and leaving messages about vacations. This company intentionally misleads consumers and refuses to cooperate to attain resolution of complaints. Its website specifies a free product with shipping as the only consumer cost. It fails miserably to live up to its claims. A total of $1.95 for shipping was to have been the maximum charged to my VISA card. Since August, repeated emails, phone calls to customer call centre, faxes have just been ignored despite having faxed the requested documentation. Today, I managed to get through to a human consultant (as opposed to a robot voice!) and all it took was a couple of keystrokes, mid conversation, to send me the document!! When they moved the sprinkler head they screwed up the adjustment so it was spraying on the house and the neighbors yard. They are a horrible bank! They're online banking is deceiving! They literally change dates around on your online statements so they can charge you overdraft fees on purpose! They take out funds for transactions after you make a deposit to cover the funds and then wait to apply your deposit so you are hit with NSF fees. Customer service and local branch managers are very unhelpful and rude and have NO IDEA ABOUT THEIR SERVICES and you talk to 5 people and you get 5 different answers!
