Ordered magazines last year. 4 magazines real cheap. Noticed unauthorized renewal charges on bank statement called to cancel and get refund. Customer Service in Dominican Republic barely spoke passable English. Cancelled all additional magazines was assured everything eas OK. This month $70 gone for magazines. Called again was told the same thing. Got refund last monthin a few business days. When you call keep pressing "O" for operator no matter what the recording says. I received a letter and a check from Financial Express Telling me that I had won $9, 8510.80. My claim number was WKT 08-05-98 and my agents name was David Coleand his number was 1-289-892-2666. I wanted to share my experience with EZ Pass NY and the MTA that may be of use to others in the future. My EZ Pass Tag was confiscated by a MTA officer by reaching into my car and taking my EZ Pass, which later I learned was in violation of their code and my rights. In June 2010, we contracted with Breedlove Landscape Services located in Centralia, Missouri. They were supposed to install a patio alongside the back area of our home. This area takes a lot of rain and it was understood and stated on the contract that “proper drainage” was guaranteed. We bought several pieces of furniture from Rochester in Centurion. Some of the items had to be replaced three times before they were of (almost) reasonable quality. Although I value Johan at the Centurion branch's cooperation, he does not see the furniture before it gets delivered, so he cannot vouch for its quality. Stopped at the 'Le Boutique' for a cup of coffee-to-go and the loo. Waitress at the food counter would not serve my husband, who was standing in front of her - told him to go and 'stand over there' - to her left. I recently purchased both a Router and Circular saw and the user manual is absolutely aweful an frankly useless. I tried to find them on the net in order to correspond that way for detailed instruction but could not find them - at least not anyone dealing with power tools. UBS refuses to reverse and/or reimburse me for their unethical conduct. In review of the FINRA website, UBS has over 600 similar complaints involving rogue conduct within their sales forces. Since we bought our first dog in August 2000 we have had countless issues with the bookkeeping (or rather lack there of) of Identipet. Each and every year we get a statement from Identipet saying that our acct is in arrears. We now have 3 dogs and 2 cats and once again we have had a statement saying our acct is in arrears. On 8/18/2010 I requested my reward points to be tansfered into my paypal account, only to be blocked with an internal error and my transaction is flagged need to contact helpdesk. Have called and e-mailed the help desk, only to be told that I need a verified paypal account, and my browser needs to be javascript enabled.
