I called Leak Stoppers Inc, because of brown water stains on my Dinning Room Ceiling. John OConnell from Leak Stoppers arrived and examined my problem; for just a few seconds. Without even going on my roof, John quickly wrote up an estimate charging me over $2000 for a new front roof section. I purchased a camera through their web site & instead of shipping a factory sealed unit as was advertised they called me to "confirm" my order. They tried to up sell me and told me the advertised item was an "internet" model that had an inferior battery, charger etc. They asked me if I wanted to upgrade to a USA model for $60 more. I filled out a application to get a loan of 5000.00. i was told that i would have to put down 845.00 which is the first 6 months of payment before I can get the loan. I was told to send them the money through western union to canada and i would have the money in my bank account the next day. So like a fool that is what i did. I did furniture repair for Samson Moving for over two years. When I moved to Pittsburgh they refused to pay me $700.00 owed for three furniture repairs done for them. I have three signed forms from the customers testifying the repairs were satisfactory and Samson acknowledges they owe me the money but won't pay me. United First Financial probably provides a fine product and service. But it does need to improve on the qualifications and credentials of it's agents. If someone is going to advise you on your finances then they should be able to demonstrate some competence in their own finances! Had appointment for our 2 sons 4 & 7 to get Christmas pictures. They didn't try to get them to smile nicely. Props were limited - only 4 of them. Son had to hold up snowman's head due to poor shape of it. I ordered Just Labs from MagazineCity back in July, and when I hadn't received the magazine by November I called Just Labs and found they didn't get the money from MagazineCity. I also found out that Just Labs had cancelled their service from Magazine City for lack of service. I called MagazineCity at this point and got eventually through, and they told me it would take a month to process. I have yet to receive my refund. BBT has been grossly insensitive to the needs of the customers. I have been asking BBT to reduce the 2 digit interest rate on my mortgage for almost 15 months. No one will listen to me. I kept on paying because I want to protect my credit. IBiz website company was hired by my company to build a web site. Included in the deal was the set up of a local listing for my companies services. I was told the web site would take 2 weeks to set up. It took over 4 weeks and all they did was cut and paste info from a very unsophisticated site I had built myself from a template. My husband had his car audio system hooked up at this "business". Not only did the employee damage his car and not even offer to repair his damages, but he destroyed the speakers in our car. He incorrectly installed wires, which left them very shoddy and dangerous. He offered to fix one wire free of charge the next day. Back in 2005 my wife and I filed Bankruptcy. All of our unsecured debts were included but NSCB sold my account to Pinnicale Credit Services after they recieved info about our bankruptcy. Wow, the GOdish is the worst customer service I have ever received..or did not receive. I signed up based on their snazzy ad in the mail for 19.99. They did not give me the $19.99 deal, but I did get a pretty decent deal. I signed up, then they set up a service date. I met them and took 1/2 the day off while they did the 2 hour install. They promise a 14 day "free" trial...they do not wait the full 14 days days before they pop your credit card with more charges. What a scam!
