I puruhased the five Harry Potter movies at a near by Wal-Mart and much to my surprise there was a certificate to down load all five movies to a free digital version. So I went out and purchased a a package of blank DVD's only to find out that Warner Bros had cancled the sites for all of these downloads. Now I have a rather large collection of WB DVD movies and I think that I shall have to think very hard before I purchase another of their movies and it appears that since I work part time in a neighbor hood convience store I will be forced to let all of my customers know of my feelings in this matter. read full review »

I paid for large amount of music, buying credits to purchase singles. The format of the music was changed from wma files to mp3 files, and they removed my usage rights for music I had paid for. When I called them, they had me list every song that was missing from my collection, which was alot, they informed me that there was nothing they could or would do to help me, and they were not required to give me a refund or any credit or compensation of any kind. In my book, this is stealing. They take my money, and then remove my property, which I paid for. They then tell me they don't have to do anything about it. This is not right. read full review »

Washer door broken. Tech says this happens all the time and he fixes them once a week. Called L G to complain and told nothing could be done about 2 year old washer. 2 years! We were told we didn't use the right detergent, we used what the instruction manuel said to use! They fight with you and won't stand by product! This fraudulent company has been calling me trying to get me to sign an order confirmation for toner refill at the cost of $619.00. They start off by saying how the price on toner went up, but since I was never notified they will give me the toner at the original price. Then they fax an order confirmation to be signed. If you sign it and fax back, then you will recieve an invoice that you are obliged to pay. Always check companies you are not familiar with on the better business bureau website. read full review »

This company is horrible. Had to return outfit due to the vinyl fading onto the other colored vinyl of outfit. Had to pay for shipping, then recieved 2ND ORDER AND THE SAME THING !! I had this company" Bagabusiness" Come to my property and give me a "Marketing package for your business" Deal. They then sent us a bill for that package. £940.00. Which was paid on the 6th Oct 2008. When the furniture was not delivered on time, they did not give any reason as to why the delievry had not been made. Enterprise was contacted again and again. Ordered a battery via the internet on the 27/1/2009, after a week sent an email to them asking where was it. Receieved a reply saying awaiting deliveries from China W/c 2 March 2009. On the 9th Feb the battery appeared in the post only to find it had been badly assembled and wont fit the laptopas its damaged. We purchased the SAME window from another company and the cost was FAR LESS than Power Windows & Siding wanted to charge us. Thankfully, we checked out the ComplaintsBoard website and found American Home Concepts, Inc. Another poster on this board mentioned that their windows were the same and yet far less expensive.
